Every time I come to this location, there is NEVER anyone at the front greeting you. There is ALWAYS a wait to even have anyone speak to you about your order or even seat you. The location appears to be severely understaffed. They don’t seem like they have a dedicated greeter/host/hostess the people that do greet you appear to work in other areas (ie waiters/waitresses or either management). When someone does get around to you, FINALLY, it’s usually multiple people so you’re telling multiple people that you have an order to pick up (very frustrating). The staffing issue is a bit ridiculous, I’ve watched the lobby of this location get over ran and swamped because of it. I heard they only hire people if they are bilingual and I can understand having some bilingual staff members as the demographic calls for it in this area but they have a HUGE staff issue. All I can say is the food is okay just check it to make sure it is all there BEFORE you leave otherwise you’ll be coming back and playing the waiting game (NOT FUN) 🙄

I had yet another horrible experience at this ihop. Staff, Litza, Sherri, and the manager Catrina. (If these are the true names) are extremely rude, unprofessional, argumentative and hostile. I was ignored numerous times waiting to get someone’s attention and was brushed off. Extremely long wait times. Everyone looked lost and unorganized. Never will I visit again. P.S after being ignored at the waiting area, I walked to the back to ask about my order and was rudely told to wait in the front. No ETA given. When I asked I was ignored. I would like to publicly thank, Tammy. She was the only one who apologized for how I was being treated and for the long wait. After yet another 10-15 minutes of me standing in the back waiting for my to go order, Tammy took control of this situation and asked the cook what was going on with my order. She also had the order expedited and bagged and handed me my order. Once again she apologized. She’s a great example of not just a waitress, also as a person.

When I finally received the last piece of my corrections, the SAME waitress just handed it to me, said "sorry" and walked away. I checked the order and left. I got down the road and realized that I had no receipt-Why??, because 'Ms. Letsie' at I-Hop never thought to charge me!!!! What does this do to assist sales? Please get it on expediently or lose more than you can stand management. I had to turn around with our already COLD French toast (which she gave me Fry's for initially) and make the payment. Of course, she acted as if she didn't know she'd made the big error. Be certain of your staff. And don't just put them in place and forget them, Check on them periodically. They could be destroying your progress.

September 15. 2016 I absolutely hated my experience at this Ihop. I will take a longer drive to go to a different Ihop. 1. I called my order in, and the lady rushed me off of the phone. 2. When I got there, the place smelled like ass...feet...funky carpet and the lady that rushed me off of the phone GOT MY ORDER WRONG. 3. Man that came in after me got his food before me, and she GOT HIS ORDER WRONG TOO. 4. The man asked for extra butter. I was sitting in front of the window in the waiting area and had a direct view of the kitchen. I observed the waitress walk in, pick up a scooper and dig out butter from out of a bucket that was sitting in a sink area. After she finished scooping the butter, she dropped the scooper back in bucket and walked off...the bucket was not covered. 5. While waiting for my order, I learned the waitress name. Not because I'd read her name tag, but because the manager that was in the kitchen yelled out her name while she was standing in the front of the restaurant ADRIANNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! 6. Another couple was waiting for someone to pick up the bill. I witnessed the lady stand up and hold the bill up in the air. After being ignored, the lady began waving the bill around in the air. After continuing to be ignored, the lady walked towards the register area, sat the bill on the counter and walked out. I laughed of course because it made no sense. The restaurant was not crowded. 7..The waitress finally brought my order out after a 30 minute wait for a to go order. The waitress asked, "okay ma'am just let me know when you're ready for the check." I'm thinking, what the hell heffa, I have a frickin TO GO ORDER....WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO BRING THE DAMN CHECK . I was out done. If I would have walked out and told her I will be ready for the check on the next visit, she would be standing there looking stupid. So incompetent..DO NOT NOT...

I rarely leave negative reviews on restaurants, but this IHOP has continued to disappoint again and again to the point where I think it’s time to just drive to a different location. When you walk in, even if it’s not a particularly busy hour, employees will just walk past you; there is no host, it is just servers coming up to the host stand occasionally to write your name down. When you finally do get seated, it takes ages for a server to actually come to your table. Once you finally get your order in, the food takes forever to come out, again, even if you are there when it’s not busy. I understand when it’s Sunday brunch, but I shouldn’t have to wait over half an hour for some pancakes on an empty Thursday morning. Moreover, the quality of the food has been rapidly declining. Food has come out extremely cold and hard, and when we asked our server about it, it seems like all he did was go put it in a microwave which is so unappetizing. The conditions of the restaurant are also, in simple words, gross; plates come out with gunk on them as if they haven’t been washed appropriately and tables are often dirty when you’re sat. What is the most frustrating, is that you can rarely flag someone down for help and you often never see your server unless you get one of the few good servers at this restaurant. When you finally do flag someone down, they seem almost annoyed to help you even if you are asking for something in a patient and understanding manner. I worked as a server for three years so I am able to look past SO many things but the way that this establishment is ran genuinely shocks me and management needs to be more conscious about the way that they manage their restaurant. I understand that restaurant work is often hectic, but in no world is what I have observed here acceptable in ANY place. This isn’t a problem specific to IHOP, these are problems specific to THIS...

I used to come here all the time when my children were little. But this place is not the same as B4. Our server wrote down nothing we ordered. Maybe he had a very good memory. There were 2 different groups of people that went in B4 us, and we all were waiting for our food to come out... and they weren't even busy like that to where we all had to be waiting on our food .1 server had her mom, dad, there, and a little girl as well. The little girl was going to the kitchen area as she was there. A cook in the back as he was cooking was eating at the same time , and another server as she was waiting on her customers was coughing all over the place and not covering her darn mouth. The hostess, according to my boyfriend, said he was watching her by the kitchen area, scratching her head and picking stuff out of her hair. He told me all this because he was facing the kitchen area, and we were literally in front of the kitchen area....so he was seeing everything that was going on. Once he told me this stuff, I grabbed my purse, and I was heading to the front and told the hostess...that I wanted to pay for the coffee we got and the orange juice I ordered but didn't touch. She asked if everything was OK. That's when I told her I noticed many things unsanitary . So she said she was really sorry and since I didn't touch my juice and boyfriend drank his coffee she was gonna pay for that. And so we left. I can guarantee you that we will never never go back to this place ever again. I don't have a problem with anyone eating, but I know for a fact that is a NO. NO, while you are cooking, that's a business, not their home. We never got our food and ( well, because we didn't hang around to wait). while we were still there telling our server and the hostess all we noticed going on, no one still hadn't received their food as well. There are too many things unsanitary going on there....
