I’ve been a longtime orchid grower and was so excited to buy from them in April. I spent a considerable amt of money and expected pest free orchids. Unfortunately 1 was severely infested with mealy bugs and days later I noticed 2 others in decline- also due to mealy bugs (one of them being infested at the roots). I contacted the owner via email to let them know and while I wasn’t expecting any compensation, I am writing this review because it just doesn’t really sit right with me that after spending over 200 dollars, the owner basically said oops, here’s instructions on how to get rid of them. I know how to get rid of them, I didn’t need tips but thanks anyhow. As a small business owner myself, I know how important customer service is and how important returning customers are. I didn’t necessarily buy all these just so that I have to rehab them. Even the blooms died back faster than usual because of all the pest treatment I’ve been forced to do. I understand pests happen but I wish they would have taken professional measures to inspect plants prior to taking them to sell at a plant festival. I have other orchid vendors I buy from and didn’t mind spending a little extra for orchid festival. For some mealy infested plants I could’ve gone to my other dealer for cheaper...

WOAH! Amazing service! My mom’s birthday haD passed and my brother had given her some flower from some other place but he didn’t like how they looked when they were delivered. My mom loves orchids and she knows how to care for them too. This is LITERALLY the only place in Houston (or at least in my area) where they handle orchids and make orchid arrangements. My brother send me here to get a better present for mom “cause mom knows best and she also deserves best”. It was far for me , like 30 mins but omg it was so worth it. All the orchids were in perfect condition and brandie and the owner were such perfectionist!!! It was a surprise for my mom so i needed it this morning before she woke up- they immediately got to work and did not stop until it was perfect. Mom was so happy!!!! I had such a great experience here I had to write a review. I cannot stress how amazing the customer service is here!! All of the employees are SO passionate about what they do and are extremely knowledgeable. While they mainly specialize in orchids they have wide selection of plants as well. Out of gardening store I have been to in Houston, this place blows it out of the park, with a great selection of orchids as well as other services. I went and got my plant repotted today and they picked out the right soil mix and let me know that my plant was going to be super happy AND charged me an extremely competitive price for the soil and pot compared to what I’ve seen at...
