To Whom It May Concern,
I recently had the worst experience at your meat market, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The staff members, particularly the women working during my visit, were extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and displayed discriminatory behavior toward me.
No customer should ever be treated this way. The lack of basic courtesy and proper customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment. If this is the level of service being provided, management must seriously reconsider who is being hired to represent your business.
Customers deserve to be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism, and it’s clear that significant changes need to be made—starting with replacing individuals who cannot meet these standards.

Read moreCame to eat some carnitas and barbacoa tacos. The ladies that made my tacos were very nice and the food was great. The only thing was bad about this place was the rude cashier, Doris Perez. She stares too much when you're trying to enjoy your tacos. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I bought 2lbs. of Carnitas to go. The cook gave me Cilantro and onions on the side. When I went to pay, the cashier tried to charge me $3 for pico de gallo. I didn't ask nor had pico de gallo. She was charging me for the Cilantro and Onions as if it were pico de gallo. I thought it came with the order because the cook handed it to me with the carnitas. I asked the cashier to remove it. She has no patience, whatsoever. This is bad customer service. Just be carefully when purchasing your things, they might charge you for something else. I could have given it a 5 star review since the food was great, but the cashier messed up the whole vibe....
Read moreThis place was highly recommended by friends for their "Fajita Tejana" so that's what led us to this meat market. The place is small but carries your typical Mexican goods. They have hot food/dishes for sale and a table or two for you to eat. Small produce section, but items were fresh. Back to the real reason of this review... The fajita. We asked the butcher what the difference was between this one and another red fajita. He said this meat is tenderized by a machine making it extra soft. He wasn't lying! The meat had a good flavor, not overpowering and cooked very well and tender. I think we've found another meat market with good fajitas. Although is a longer drive for us,...
