Employee (Trevor) needs a serious attitude adjustment.

I went in there yesterday to drop off some packages for FedEx. They were already labeled and ready to go, but yet I waited to be helped by the next cashier. Waited patiently for about 30 minutes and even had some guy cut me off and go ahead of me to mail his letter. It was cool. He obviously had more important things to do than me. I didn't say anything to him and let him do his business.

I get to the cashier (lady) and said I needed to do a drop off for FedEx. She asked if they needed to go out today. I said it would be good if they did. She told me if they needed to go out today that I could try and catch the FedEx driver that was in his truck and was about to leave. I quickly left my 3 packages inside and went to talk to the driver. He agreed to take my 3 boxes I had in my car and I told him I had 3 more inside. I went back inside to grab the 3 boxes and the lady proceeded to tell me about alternate locations with later drop offs, but I told her that the FedEx guy was agreeing to take them.

At this point, on my way out, Trevor, WHILE helping another customer, proceeds to tell me "HEY, don't come back in here!!" After my unresponsiveness to his outburst, he again yells out, "HEY, don't come back in here anymore bro!!"

I was already running extremely late to another appointment, otherwise I would have addressed his rude and inappropriate not to mention unprofessional behavior.

I have never had any problems with this location or it's employees, but it's obvious Trevor has some kind of attitude that seriously needs to...

This little post office in our neighborhood is just the best! Always a friendly greeting when we open the door, and always a, “How can I help you?” The post people who work in this post office are so nice and they understand exactly what we need as soon as they are made aware why we’re there. From stamps to sending packages, or shopping the greeting card and magnet section, they are ready to help. Recently I had to go to another P.O. a few miles away. No one spoke at all as people came in and lined up for service. Some of us were treated with total indifference, and some with curt answers. Why is that? What makes the difference?
