Smoke Dreamz — Local services in Houston

Both Smoke Dreamz locations are fabulous. I will literally drive past twenty other smoke shops to get to them. I recently moved from the West side of town back to Montrose. I had been frequenting the Richmond location being closer to me. It was nice to go into my original store and see all the familiar faces after a year or more. If you Vape, this is the place to go. Period. They have every brand of mod and tanks. The thing that makes them my favorite though...they consistently have in stock any coil you seek. Where any other Vape shops seem very hit or miss. They also have a great selection of E-Juice. From spendy premium oils to their own brand "Dream Drops" which is my favorite. They are super knowledgeable about all facets of Vaping too. I had to go in to get a new mod after mine met an untimely end. Embarrassingly, I got to the car with my new eGo AIO they helped me select and couldn't get a hit off of it. I went back in and they pointed out there was no coil installed yet. Ooooops! But instead of laughing, they installed it and then all was well!😁 They also have a huge selection of pipes, water pipes, insence, candles, trays,rollers,cigars, tobacco, scales and pretty much anything a person could need from a smoke shop. I met Jason the owner at local pour he was a extremely nice guest whenever he came in he told me that he had a smoke shop on Richmond after that I had been going to smoke dreamz since 2011 they had the best E juice his mother is extremely nice everyone calls her MAMA‼️they treat you like family if you need anything ordered they will make sure that is ordered they take the time to explain products sets then I move from Southwest closer to the Westheimer location and the crew they is awesome Stephen and the other guys which I don’t know their names yall know who you are lol but they are all the same they treat guess we can just respect I will recommend anyone to their establishment for the best products and Customer Service they go above and beyond SMOKE DREAMZ IS THE PLACE TO...

I’d suggest you go to a different location, immediately! The inconsistency in pricing and lack of customer service by the General Manager, Evan is a big concern. I’ve been to this location several times and he questioned me as if I’m unaware of the environment I’ve been loyal to and driving to. I’m not sure if training is an issue but this location lacks consistency and alignment as a team when it comes to products, customers and communication. It’s frustrating because this place is so close to my house, but I won’t be going back and I’d suggest you don’t either.
