Space Center Houston Store — Local services in Houston

Just had a horrible experience with THE “supervisor” at the gift shop (Houston Store) earlier this afternoon as a chaperone with my son’s class from school. The lady, who turned out to be the “supervisor,” was speaking disrespectfully to patrons who were in a long line. She held people back who were paying with cash but let people go ahead who were paying with a card. Then she asked me and another chaperone were we together and I said no. So when the cashier was free, I walked up to the register, the “supervisor” said, “No, you come back to the line. This person is next!” I then asked for a supervisor and was informed she was the supervisor. I asked for the person over her and was informed that person wouldn’t be in for two more days, so I went to guest services and filled out...

The selection is great in this shop. They are well staffed and seemed organized. My biggest issue is the superinflated prices! I focused on SpaceX gear. They were selling the hats and T-shirts with almost a 100% markup! Hats on the SpaceX store sold for $25 and they sold them...
