Was super excited to grab from my local Subway, unfortunately that all changed with my experience at this Location. Upon arrival I was greeted with rolling eyes and frowns, I shrugged it off because I too work in the industry and understand how hard it can be dealing with customers. But the lack and bare minimum of customer service I received from these ladies was very unpleasant and awkward. Ready to order, one server just stared at me, I had no idea if she was ready to take my order or not. And I've worked plenty of places to know it is important to greet the guest to see if their ready, not the other way around. As I place my order that I repeated 3 times I notice how disgusting & Unreplenished the line was. I then asked for provolone cheese ready to just get out the line and notice she is putting pepper jack cheese on my sandwich and she replies to me "oh I thought you said chipotle" I just didn't understand how she got chipotle from provolone but was grabbing pepper jack cheese? Server, clearly was not pay attention to detail and clearly did not care about the guest or her job. By the looks of it, they just hire anyone at this establishment considering every-time I walk in there is a new employee. This ultimately reflects back on the Manager as well because it looks like they are not properly training these individuals or setting these employees up with the skills they need to be successful at for the job...
Read moreCustomer service is horrible. I walked into this location and no one was upfront (which I can understand if the store doesn't have customers). I really needed to use the bathroom. I go to the bathroom door and there's a key in it. I went to use the restroom and an out of shape Hispanic looking woman said in a rude voice "Ma'am the restroom is for paying customers only." She assumed right off the bat that I wasn't a paying customer, probably because I'm 🌑. I told her I was going to pay and I called her raycist because she had no right to assume I wasn't going to pay and had no right to make that assumption. I did use a few choice words with her then I left because she deserved it. It's funny because all the other workers that work there have always been nice and pleasant to me when I've visited this store. I don't know if this lady is a manager or what but she needs to be fired because she is making the store lose money because I definitely don't plan...

My husband went to the Patton location and tried to order a spicy Italian, was told they were out of pepperoni which wasnt a big issue but when he asked can they add ham since they were out of a topping for the sandwich he was told they would charge him! So he said ok well can you just add extra salami since it already comes on the sandwich and you are out he was told no they dont do that, that he would be charged extra! Sorry but if the store runs out of inventory it is NOT up to the customer to suffer or be charged extra for the same amount of meat that comes with the sandwich ordered. We ALWAYS go to this location but the employee was extremely rude and wouldn't work with us on compromising a solution to them running out of inventory! Its not our fault and we shouldn't be charged more to pick up the slack! We will NEVER go to this location again and i am beyond upset at how the employees handled...
