Terrible customer service. I went to replace two stones on my ring and within a week I was told to come and pick it up. When I arrived the lady noticed that only one stone has been replaced and told me to wait and she will get the gentleman to replace the second stone. After about two weeks, I did not hear back so I sent her a message and I asked her if my ring is ready she said yes it was. It was not ready and she told me she doesn’t know what he’s doing and that she did not check and I told her yes but you messaged me and you told me that it was ready she said oh but I didn’t check the stones. Which I find very strange as she took note that there were two stones missing so I don’t understand how you can tell me that my ring is ready and it’s not and I don’t understand how you tell me I didn’t check how come you take an order from a customer and you tell them it’s ready like you don’t check your work? I have a job and I check my work. I don’t understand. I said thank you and I left and I will absolutely not be returning to the store. I was charged for two stones and because I had such a terrible experience I don’t even want my money back. The stone that was replaced was not even the right size I should have left it as it was....
