Shawarma Land — Restaurant in Houston

Hello reader, Lebanese person here. This place offers the most authentic Shawarma, SUJUK, and Falafel.

The portions are great, especially if you want to grow some muscle! The sandwiches are absolutely filling, if you're a bodybuilder and you're low on your macro protein intake, a standard sujuk sandwich will get you set right, I went ahead and ordered another one, it's that good. FOOD:

I can not say this enough, their sujuk rivals MANO from back home, if you know, you know.

Barbar is also a close second to his FRESH falafel(THERE'S NO TASTE TO ANY OIL OR MUSH). The falafel tastes BETTER THAN ANY PLACE HERE AND BACK HOME!

AND the beef Shawarma is absolutely fantastic, too, tastes like home, and wayyy better than anything here!

I'll be going here again to try out more of their food...and to make sure everyone knows who's boss when it comes to how our food needs to be done and presented!

On the inside you are presented with a spotless restaurant and a TV that plays authentic music, it gives you a great transition from the outside and brings our culture to you.

Absolutely fantastic! Shaurma Land is a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile.

Now, let's talk about the food – simply outstanding! The shaurmas were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were a delightful blend that danced on my palate. The portion sizes were generous, leaving me fully satisfied.

I also tried a few of their side dishes, and each one was a hit. The hummus was creamy and rich, and the falafel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's clear that Shaurma Land takes great pride in using high-quality ingredients and authentic recipes.

To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. Shaurma Land has quickly become my go-to spot for delicious, authentic cuisine. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience! Five stars all the...

So here is the deal. The place is great. Customer service is awesome. The only issue was their chicken shawarma wasn’t to my liking. So I tried all 3. The beef shawarma, the sajuk, and their chicken shawarma. By far the beef was the best. Secondly, they’re not using cheap bread on their wraps, the bread is of high quality. The ambience is clean and amazing. The staff and customer service is to the highest level. And, owner is absolutely sweet. He’s kind and generous and wants you to try everything. He even gave us free falafel. However, the only downfall was the chicken shawarma. The chicken was a bit tough and dry. The majority of Houston does go after chicken shawarmas. So if this restaurant doesn’t improve the taste of their chicken meat, they are going to be left behind. if the owner can improve the moisture of their chicken, I think it will be the most superb Shawarma in town. I wish them all the best but this is a fair and unbiased review that I can provide.
