I've been a CFA fiend for years so I hate to do this, but this location irritates me! It's ALWAYS something with this location - missing items, items not available even after order was placed and paid in app, mobile order not prepared on arrival, long wait times. Only reason for 2 stars is because the morning staff is usually the best experience (even though it takes a significant amount of time if there's a line), and I appreciate their weekend hours (Fri/Sat).
My most recent experience: I usually do a mobile thru order (which is pointless bc of the way this location is set up), but last night I had cash so I joined the drive thru lane at 9:43pm (they close at 11pm on Saturdays). My sole purpose was to get a frosted lemonade. By 9:51pm, my drive thru lane had not budged. So myself and the car behind me got out of line. They decided to leave while I parked and went inside to order. I walk in and a couple walks in behind me. I'm greeted by the one employee I see who is bringing an order out to curbside. The restaurant had 3 tables max who had all been served. There's one employee at the drive thru and another one comes from the kitchen and is joking with the drive thru employee. The curbside employee has to tell one of them to get our orders as if she didn't see us standing there. She takes a bit to get set up then asks for my order. When I ask for the seasonal peach frosted lemonade she says they don't have "it." I ask for clarification on what's not available. It's reasonable if they don't have the peach or it's close to closing (even though there's over an hour left till closing) so they're out of lemonade but this girl told me they don't have the cups it goes in???? And says it's not possible to use a different cup so they haven't been selling frosted drinks or shakes. Any other establishment would find a way to make the sale. They give a small amount in the frosted lemonade so even if there's overflow it would definitely fit in a large cup. This CFA gives Popeyes/Jack in the Box levels of dgaf. Read moreBy far the worse chickfilA ever the Manager was vary disrespectful and had no good customer service at all I just visited the place and was extremely disappointed they still have the same rude people working there me and my family visit more then 5 times a week and I will stop as of today and will let my Friends and family know not to visit since we all live on Westheimer.
There are a few employees that are very nice but can be counted with one hand they should close the store of how bad the workers are!
If I start to explain my experience today it would take to long to describe it but to picture a long story short out of 27 years of leaving and eating out today experience was the worse I had in my life that’s how sad it is!
The Manager decided to cancel my order and left me and my family with no food after I implemented that I did not want my money back because it takes business days for the money to come back I rather get my money worth and was careless and cancelled my order then a gentleman screamed towards me said “leave we don’t want you here what you think I’m scared of you” because I was looking at him still confused of how they were treating me and my wife I mean just horrible and sad that people have the nerves to act that way despite all the bad things that is happening to our nation they still get up to go to work and act up with customers when customers are upset there order was not done correctly..
I’ve contacted corporate and explained the entire situation and will be looking forward for those two workers to be working else we’re because they do not deserve to work there with there...
Read moreI went to this location and ordered at the drive thru. I repeated my order multiple times because, it would be understandable if made incorrect, especially at lunch time. Well, my order was wrong. No problem, I went inside and was noticed by some employees and not tended to. I asked for help and the employee grabbed my order and did not take my receipt as I offered it to her. They remade my food and threw away the rest of my order. I had to re order item per item and when i asked for my fries the employee asked another to get a medium for me. Well, the manager then took my receipt and said it was actually a small. As if I was asking for more than what I payed for. At that point I couldn't deal with how lousy the service both in and out were. I asked to speak with a manager and the employee stated he was too busy. I wish I was making this up, fortunately enough Mr. Barry came out with a lemonade bucket and took care of me. He briefly listened to my experience, cute me off and the employee quickly handed me freebies as Mr. Barry was going too. I wasn't complaining to score, I complained because it took my drive thru order 25minutes to be made when all I wanted was a base salad and small fry. You can tell everyone here works to compete on time and solves problems by only shifting blame.
