I have lived here for nearly 4 years now and have lived all over the country and grew up in this city and must say that the building has remained the most effortlessly luxurious living situation I have yet to encounter in all my 28 moves. You will find yourself very quickly drawn into a friendship with the close neighbors you have in the bespoke building filled with priceless artwork as the residences allow for intimate relationships for those that prefer them – and if not, you are welcome to keep to yourself and will not be bothered regardless of having so few neighbors per floor. Beyond being welcomed as a regular at the hotel directly beneath you, you have access to a discounted hotel stay for you and yours, a location that cannot be beat and has yet to ever lose power in any major weather event regardless of it being a freeze, tornado or otherwise, along with regular room-service style delivery of all hotel food items throughout summer by the pool, along with countless residential appreciation parties throughout the year both on site and off. I have never lived somewhere with a staff that bends over backwards to the extent that this staff has regardless of pandemics, construction, power outages, hurricanes and major city failures, etc., and they have always kept us all safe and feeling so regardless of the situation.

Furthermore, the price is unbeatable for all the luxury included. I rarely stay in one spot beyond more than a year but this place has proven to be the exception to that rule. I have worked with both Sariah and her sister Janine since I moved into the building and could not have been happier with both of their help along with Sasha who has been akin to another sister to me that I always feel comfortable reaching out to. Regardless of the request, they are always happy to help and be as accommodating and friendly as possible and never have once treated me as a mere leasing resident – they treat me more akin to a condo owner and they truly do not ever disappoint. The apartment, a luxurious two-bedroom with three bathrooms, boasts incredible views that enhance the living experience. The top-tier restaurant, Tonight or Tomorrow, offers an exquisite dining experience that residents truly appreciate.

From the outset, the service is impressive, featuring genuine valet parking—not merely a promised service, but an excellently executed one. Upon our first arrival, they had dog treats ready for our pets, underscoring their pet-friendly ethos. The dog park is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with nearly all pets well-behaved, making it a paradise for dog owners.

Additionally, during the initial tour, we were excited to learn about the possibility of having a fire pit with decorative marble rocks, adding a unique touch to our living experience.

Arnold, the head concierge, consistently delivers exemplary service. All the concierges are friendly, professional, and consistently go out of their way to assist residents, whether it’s making reservations or locating a lost package. Their efforts significantly enhance the living experience here.

The leasing office staff are exceptional, always on top of things, and they go out of their way to assist you with any needs or concerns. Their dedication and responsiveness truly stand out, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

The property boasts a very well-stocked gym, which recently added a Smith machine, much to the delight of fitness enthusiasts. The social aspect of living here is vibrant, with regular happy hours and events that foster a strong sense of community. Unlike some places that host events infrequently, La Colombe d’Or consistently provides engaging activities for residents.

The security in the parking garage is outstanding, perhaps the safest I have observed, which adds to the sense of security throughout the property. The location is unbeatable, and the overall ambiance of the building is both quiet and inviting.
