Worst customer service ever! Hairstylist and owner are not experienced. I’m blond went in for a root touch up and high lights I left with dark hair and they colored my Extentions another blond tone color. They arranged to fix it with a 2nd appointment and I left the 2nd appointment with all over orange/copper hair. The lady next to me was getting highlights as well she was unhappy with her result as well and rushed out after her shampoo without even drying her hair. Originally only needed a root touch up and partial highlight. The owner refused to refund me claiming that she needs to pay the hairstylist and started discussion about their internal drama between staff. I’m a paying client and she did not address me like that. They don’t care about the quality and the result and take zero responsibility if their hairstylist messes up!!! After many try to get in touch with the owner she finally called me back only to blame me because I didn’t cause a scene in the salon before leaving and for her that means I’m fine.they post nice pictures on social media of hair styles not colors they actually do. Don’t be fooled by the nice decor and nice pictures they post ! Most positive reviews are done from staff and friends don’t be fooled!!IAM left to emotionally and financially deal with the experience and dramatic results. I do not recommend anyone to go for any hair colors or highlights!!! Or hair services...

I paid $50 to walk out without the pedicure I asked for. I wanted a simple pedi with French tip, was even willing to pay more for acrylics just for it to be done correctly but, the lady performing my pedicure said she couldn’t do that on my toes. I spoke with other professionals after my service and told me it was very much doable.

I booked an appointment and arrived on time but was still sat down 20 mins after my appointment time. When I was sat down, the lady didn’t even know what my service was for after booking my service and putting down a deposit. Being professional is knowing what your client is booking for ahead of time and then just going over it when they arrive.

During my pedicure she cut my cuticle which had me bleeding for 4 hours that day. I had to leave my appointment with my whole big toe unpainted. A $50 service for something I didn’t even want in the first place and left undone. I was honestly too upset to say anything and was running behind for other appointments for the day so I just accepted their sorry $4 discount.

I was very much looking forward to visiting and supporting this place for months. I’m just glad this happened to me and not the friends I shared my experience with bc they all said I reacted very calmly compared to them. I’ve used this salon various times, I’ve noticed they’re not very experienced with what they do but they were sweet and genuine so I decided to keep going. I would get pedicures, and I tried to get lashes done but the lash tech cancelled last minute which is fine but I decided to stick to pedicures. I finally decided to try and get a manicure, I only used regular polish because I was told the nail tech had a full schedule and I didn’t want to put her behind on other clients. I went last Saturday (10/08/2021) and my nail polish is turning brown and chipping. I don’t do anything at work with my hands for them to be looking so terrible? I called and asked the reasoning, and I kept getting the run around, asking if I dyed my hair, if I work with kids, etc. Then, they told me it was the top coat and they would just put some pink paint on top and new top coat, but I asked if it’s the top coat what would I be benefiting if it’s bound to happen again? Then, they told me it was normal for it to turn colors and chip. But.. it’s only been 6 days? Overall, the salon is cute but whenever a problem occurs, which I’ve had a few before, they never know how to solve it and it’s always a run around. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going back because I’d rather go somewhere that does a better job and values my money. A waste of time,...
