0000 stars READ been WARNED this place needs to close down! Their drinks are sugary made out of powder when you drink it you can taste the powder not mix well. They added when asked for none Boba was so hard!!!!!!!!. I used to get the coconut milk tea at the old location way down the road, but the drinks don't taste the same. It tasted expired no flavor like dish soap! I went inside with drink because it was disgusting ! and three ladies were rude to me. They said they didn't know how to do refunds & they don't know when the manager comes in a bunch of lame excuses arguing back & forth UNPROFESSIONAL. It was so ridiculous ! They CAN'T take orders either they added tapioca over charging me when I didn't ask for none, and making nasty drinks. Stay away from here! Now I gotta dispute my charge, due to the inresponsibility of this people working here. I just left the drink on the counter. The next day I called still the same!!! no one can't do refunds & no manager waste of money. Crazy how they can't process a refund !!!! Run...
Read moreThis is not your typical review but it needs to be posted! The kitchen staff who were working on Tuesday, February 16th during the freeze need to be recognized and owners should give bonuses if they haven’t already. This place was one of the only places open when everyone’s power was out. While I was waiting in line the lady cashier left, leaving no one to take orders. One of the cooks came out and started taking everyone’s order. He stepped up and took orders from sooooo many people! They literally started running out of food. He stayed calm and had to tell people so many times about items that were sold out and he never once got overwhelmed/frustrated. I wish I knew his name because he needs to be recognized. I am also happy to report that not one customer was upset about wait time or sold out items. So nice to see, especially during a...
Read moreMy wife and I love the Happy Teahouse. We’ve been going for years. The employees are always kind and accommodating as my wife likes her teas a certain way. We actually have great memories created because while were dating this was my go to because she loves teas and it would definitely make he happy. We’d spend hours sitting in just talking you feel like family. Before she met me she’d go often at a previous location and do homework. We also love Sam the owner couldn’t be nicer. We have our go to’s for food which is chicken fried rice or broccoli and chicken. Very nice portions. I’m more of a smoothie guy so the mango is my go to. My wife gets black tea with honey no sugar add tapioca. Some times she switches the type of tea so don’t...
