This is not minced meat, it’s the original Turkish Filet (Yaprak) Doner. The marination was super tasty, perfectly balanced and not overpowering, as it should be. It’s made with 80% beef and 20% lamb. We first tried the Iskender and the Doner on rice, and both were phenomenal. Since we loved their Doner so much, we also grabbed a couple of wraps to go.

Chef Adem and his brother Ramazan were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although this is a new business, I have to say they clearly know what they’re doing. Even though I just met them, I wanted to show my appreciation for their mouthwatering food and excellent customer service 🙏
