Probably this is the first honest review.
Employees are either not putting gloves on or doing everything with same gloves on like taking cash, touching phone, touching other places all over the food truck, going in and out dont know why. Looked filthy and unhygienic. At least change gloves before touching our food !!
The first day when we went to this food truck ended up standing there for half an hour as first said they are lagging behind with pending orders and then when they resumed to take orders we hear “sorry, ran out of food” at 9pm itself whereas their timings said 5pm - 1am (what could had possibly gone wrong? Poor management and business skills)
Second day the business was shut.
Third day we went again but this time at 8pm. Luckily the food was available. We ordered 3 dishes:
Punugulu - the taste was so bland literally didn’t even had salt in it. And it was just second day of officially running the kitchen and still the oil smelled so bad from punugulu. Absolutely poor quality and taste. There was only chilly powder sprinkled over which only made things worst for us. No masala no onion no salt !! Nothing!!! The quantity was very less with the smallest side of chutney.
Idli - how can you make bad idli ? That’s the first thing crossing my mind. It was absolutely dry, cold and no salt in idli. Although the quantity was okay but the taste and quality was absolutely poor.
Dosa ghee - after eating all the bad dishes dosa felt a bit comforting. The taste was better compared to other items also the quality and quantity seemed fine.
They offer white chutney (only had chilly taste) and yellow chutney (only had ginger taste).
A guy came in the end to ask how was our food and the same mesg was conveyed to him. Hopefully they improvise in all the aspects and make red chutney instead of yellow.
Ps: planning to visit it again after a month hoping they get everything sorted by then and if they honestly improvise I will change my review...

Save yourself and just don’t go here. As much as I wanted to like this place and give them multiple chances they failed me every-time and now I’ve learnt a lesson. I went on a hope of just ordering a simple dish, idly and out of everything I had THE worst food poisoning that it’s completely messed up my gut. First of all their hygiene is mediocre, second of all how can one get food poisoning with idly.Third of all are y’all re using the chutneys. I’d have so much to say but I’ll save it for just avoid this place and go somewhere else or cook at home :)).

When they initially started out this initiative the food was good and would have recommended it to everyone unfortunately recently not only the quality of food has declined but the hygiene, and outdated menu doesn’t seem to do justice. The food isn’t consistent at all and I see employees not wearing gloves and cooking/serving. The only thing I’d recommend is their chai. It’s really disappointing as they started...
Read moreGood start on this food truck, I visited 3-4 times and tried multiple items before writing this review. Food is too spicy for my family. We tried idli, mirchi bajji, veg Manchurian irani chai, and more during our visits. Every time chai was in our order, it was good and only item I will have if I will visit again. What I observed is, there is no consistency in taste of food, two times we tried mirchi bajji, and taste and texture was different both the times. I understand they have started new businesses and they are trying their best, but consistency is required.
Price and quantity ratio needs to be improved. i feel this place is bit expensive.
Do I visit again? Maybe after 3-4 months I will try once, and if no improvement, I will stop visiting. Do I recommend? Nothing wrong to try, everyone has their own preferences in food taste. But if you insist me, I would say wait to get...
