It is very funny how everyone seems to exaggerate everything in the reviews. My brother works here and its funny to see things from his point of view. You have junkies and homeless people coming in to get high of their free medicine and scream at the worker when they dont get it. Then you have stupid people who enjoy to come and just pick up a medicine that was sent months ago and expect it to be ready? Antibiotics a month later? And be mad that they arenât ready for you? How long do you expect them to keep your medicine for? If you would be so sick you would wait for it and allow them to fill it. If they give you long wait time it is because its busy, do you think they want to keep you away from getting your medication? No they dont, if anything they want to take you out quick. The main people complaining are the ones who bring the issues to the pharmacy, everyone else is fine and why is that? Because they keep track of their medications. The doctors never reply to the refill request because they want The patient to go for a check up but it is the pharmacy fault that the doctor wants that? Seriously? Go to the doctor or if it is that important why dont you call him yourself? Plus dont give the pharmacy technicians insurance cards from 2012 expecting it togo through. If everyone would come in without wanting to start arguents it would all be fine but no, everyone come here expecting the techs to be doing their job perfectly while also running and EXTREMELY busy store. This is not to the defend the techs but to give their point of view to everyone. Next time you come in and expect to have your medication ready ask yourself if you did all...
Read moreThis location has always been horrible, terrible and a poor excuse for a Walgreens store and pharmacy. I've been coming to this location for over 22 years as I live nearby. They are and always have been understaffed. It has absolutely nothing to do with covid. The workers at the store are never around and they usually only have 1 register open. Even if there are 8 or 10 people in line only 1 register is open!
Don't get me started on the deplorable conditions of the pharmacy and their complete lack of customer service and professionalism. You will always have to hold for at least 10 to 15 min to get them to answer their phone. You will always wait at least 15 to 25 min in your car if you go through the drive thru or even if you go inside to pick up your prescription and it's during the week!! They are supposed to close the pharmacy at 6pm on Saturday and they consistently close 5 to 7 min before then, completely unacceptable. The Regional Manager will be notified along with a formal complaint being filed with the state. Do...
Read moreThe Walgreens pharmacy is understaffed, undertrained, and hire the rudest people ever. I stopped by to get a prescription transferred and an employee named Pariis at the pharmacy attended me. From the begining she looked and me and said "yea". I told her i was trying to get a prescription transfered from another pharmacy and she looked at me wuth a stupid face and said "Okay" rudely. Then proceeded to say they can't help me cause they are understaffed that they would call in the morning. I told her they've been telling me that for three days but they never have anything for me. She clearly didn't care, said "and". I told her i will be leaving a review to let people to know about the poor quality of service they provide and rude customer service and she proceeded to say "that's fine."
Management NEEDS to do their due diligence and find out the quality of service they are providing. She should be fired, I don't think any additional training will help someone with that attitude.
Will never use their services!...
