We bought a "duro con aguacate". Before we got to finish it, the bottom was soggy. Either it was the liquid from the pico de gallo, or the liquid from the cueritos (de puerco). The elote was good, as well as the ice cream. They have mini paletas for less than 50 cents. My 15 yr old ordered an horchata and a piña agua fresca. Without her authorization or mine, we get a weird looking mustard yellow drink. I thought that was weird. After my husband drank a sip, he determined it was definitely not piña (pineapple) and I got up to go ask a woman at the front. She proceeds to tell us that it is in fact, not pineapple, and pretty much tells us that it's our fault for letting a child order. She says that they took the liberty of giving my 15 yr old a substitute without asking her. She gave her piña colada, and acted as if it's our fault. She also tells us that they don't have pineapple, (even though it is clearly on the television screen where the menu is displayed). What she meant was that every day there are different flavors, and she meant that today, pineapple was not available. I think, before anything, don't substitute an item for another without consent, even though it was a "child". She never mentioned a refund, or anything to acknowledge that she was rude. I am a human, and I don't deserve to be talked to like I'm not capable of understanding that "pineapple is not available today". My husband got upset that the woman didn't offer anything to remedy the situation, and he asked her where the trash was so he could dispose of the drink. I tried the place once, do not need to try again. Bring your own napkins, and clean your own table. Our table had chile, cheese and other sticky stuff on it. We cleaned it off as much as we could with the napkins I had in my purse. They also don't have napkins available, which is not okay, because ice...
Read moreI never leave bad reviews. I’ve came here before and have had good experiences with workers as well as the products but that changed yesterday when I went with my family. Mind u when we entered no one else was in there, we all got ice cream and my brother got some mini pancakes we told the girl who i was hoping was a new hire what we wanted only for this girl to take like 20 minutes for 3 things then with the pancakes she had them on the machine for nearly half an hour for her other coworker to let her know the machine was never on which is ridiculous because how do u not notice in all those instances where u check on them, then instead of accepting the blame she went on to say the machine didn’t turn on like it was the machines fault, we then waited a good almost 20 extra minutes as she made them because we had already payed for them to see her going to the back to eat the failed mini pancakes she had made before along with some nutella and then proceeded to laugh t with her coworker as she handed them to my brother and as we left. Horrible experience considering that I have always loved this place, but I was shocked to find out that girl has been working there for longer than a month. Better supervision or getting fired is what that girl with no...
Read moreNever coming back to buy anything on this place again, you need to spend more than $5 to be allowed to pay with Google pay or Apple pay.
The sign that is on the cash register on this business only says "spend $5 or more to pay with a debit card" but there is nothing about NFC payment, the staff look at me weird because I only wanted 1 popsicle and to pay with NFC because I didn't have any cash.
One of the employee suggested me that I should buy more popsicles for another day, I just wanted to eat 1 popsicle and nothing more. This business have this sign to force you to spend more than $5 if you don't use cash.
I been in other business similar to this "michoacana" and nobody have signs as ridiculous as...
