It was my first time visiting Big Chicken. I did not have any idea this was SHAQ Attack place. I was with my coworkers. He says i going to start with the hottest sandwich and work my way down each time i come. He ordered the Uncle Jerome and me the Crispy Chicken Grilled Chesse. As we were waiting for our food, a young lady waitress stopped by and gave us a Big Conductor and Big Sharmrock shake. Our order was up, and we were amazed at the presentation of the food. Coworker takes a little baby bite of the Uncle Jerome, but I noticed he stopped eating for about 5 minutes and says that's hot. Let's just say he ran to make a quick pit stop. The chicken was moist, and the cheese melted just right. The Big Shamrock was perfect. I don't do much ice cream due to lactose, but it did not harm me. My coworker says I m glad I had that Big Conductor cause I would not have been able to finish that sandwich. But it was really good.Big Chicken has a big chocolate chip cookie about 7- 8 inches big. Don't forget to try the BBQ and Chipotle sauce. I was dipping my sandwich in both. But it was too big of a chicken for me to finish. Stop on by!...

There is variety of shops here but I mostly go to Randalls and Shop because of this great manager named Ali who would go to the extent extent best customer service because every time I go to Randalls and there is a sale they ran out the products and Foods and would give me the rainchecks Plus as many years I shop at Randall's which for 50 years give and take since I day I was born because my parents I was there too and I shop there too as mini Randall's I go to and other cities like Sugarland Texas Ali gives the most top best customer service I ever had he's always so super friendly and greets me and make sure I am well very well taken care of ! I am so very happy when I see him because he's so friendly and nice and makes me feel very welcome there and he has a great memories for any grocery stores I've been to no one can be compared to him with great service he gives me because I do admit I also shop at the Krogers H-E-B Foodtown Whole Food store and Central Market and Fiesta:-)! Great store. Produce area is nice and clean. Great variety and organic options. The only bad experience I ever had was one time I ordered two sandwiches. I’d mistakenly left my debit card at home but had some cash. When I was going to pay it was .50 cents more than I had on me. I told the cashier I was going to have to leave a sandwich because of that. Honestly, if it were me in the register, I would have paid the .50 cents for the customer but I understand. What shocked me was that he immediately threw it in the trash. Wow. A brand new sandwich. You could even give it to a homeless person. I wouldn’t have the heart to do that. Ever. What’s ironic is that they have areas asking for food donation to the Houston Food Bank, but I am amazed if that’s how they train their employees to dispose of good food.
