Came here for my sons 2nd birthday party and it was a disaster. I paid around $400 for the most basic party package.. while planning with one of their “party planners” they confirmed adults without kids could come and sit with the party. Upon arrival I was told that was not the case And the adults would have to pay an entry fee. All the associates are high schoolers who have no idea how to do the job outside of the register.Deja the manager was a little helpful agreeing to let family members without kids come in to drop gifts and sing happy birthday but before we checked in she left…… So i was left with Alfredo who had no idea what was happening, like no information was passed along. We didn’t get into the party area until 6pm for a 5:30 party that they require early arrival for. Waited for 45 minutes and stood there for another 30 going back and forward identifying who was staying and who was just dropping gifts. Quinn was the most helpful sorting out everything for my guest and issuing wristbands to everyone who needed them as well as making sure we received our full party time since we got in so late. Lastly, the party host was not very attentive . I had to ask for the kids prty bags for her response “oh yea”… what? By then half the kids had gone so i just took them home. I can’t believe how much of a mess this was considering the amount charged for these party Packages. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here go to chuck e cheese at least...
Read moreVisit day: Sunday February 20, 2022. I accidentally deleted my first post. To keep it short now, I will say that what you see in the promo video, it's what you get. Shout out to supervisor RJ ( Not sure of name) who made us feel so good when he came by to check on us not knowing it was our first time there.
I only wished the toodler section was bigger and with a gate so kiddos don't scape and give parents a little break from chasing them around. Mine are now runners at age 2, so would had loved a gate.
At 3 30 pm Sunday Feb 20, 2022, they lowered the lights to have a mini party parade with mascot dragon. Party music was played. This was so fun! We had a blast and would come again. Place looked very clean considering kids and people everywhere. Place is huge, so you don't feel overwhelmed. I love the space and the amount of tables throughout the place. You don't have to worry about sitting.
Price is $15 per kid, 2 adults free. Any additional adult is $5. You can leave, and come back with receipt. Only socks allowed inside floor, even though I saw a few people with shoes on by the tables. Only snacks and drinks served. Happy with our visit and can't wait to go again. For the motorcycle, I heard it's one point or coin, which is like $1 I...
Read moreWe were in town visiting an older family member, and needed an activity for our 7 yr. old that he would enjoy, and we could all do together without breaking the bank! Since I knew I would be sitting with my relative, and my son and husband would be playing, I loved the price here. Two free adults and only $5 for any other adults, and only $20 for the child. Most places geared toward kids charge the same price for adults, even though the adults aren't meant to participate in the activities, just supervise. The best part, was that parents are encouraged to participate with their kids as well! My son (and husband) had a great time scurrying through the obstacles, sliding down the slides, and riding the bikes. You do have to purchase a card for the bikes, and the various claw games they have, but there's still plenty to do without that. The facility was clean, and the staff was very attentive and kind. They were constantly checking in with guests, and making sure the two birthday parties that were happening at the same time had everything they needed. I was very impressed with the level of care shown by each staff member we encountered, and the cleanliness of the play equipment, tables, bathrooms, and common spaces. I highly recommend Kids Empire...
