I ASKED THE UNIVERSE TO SEND ME A SIGN AFTER GETTING BAD MONEY HUNGRY MECHANICS OUT ON THE WEST SIDE AREA. (NEW HERE) WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS WALKING OUT OF MY STORAGE BLDG THAT'S WHEN I SAW ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DOING LITE WORK. WE TALKED BRIEFLY, LOL I WAS SO HAPPY I STOPPED. GUY DIDN'T MIND LOOKN AT MY SUSPENSION AND GAVE ME A KARD. LAST SO CALLED MECHANIC SWORE IT WAS A MY AXLE ... NOPE !!! WELL THEY FIXED ME UP. DIDNT OVER CHARGE. EVERYONE IS NICE. IVE BEEN TWICE. LET ME ADD THIS. AS I WAS SITTING ON THE INSIDE THE EMP I MET SAW THAT MY LIC # WAS MISSING A SCREW HE DIDN'T KNO I WAS LOOKING AND REPLACED THE SCREW FOR ME.. ITS THE SMALL THINGS THAT MATTER. I MENTIONED I SAW HIM AFTER HE GAVE ME THE PRICE FOR THE CONTROL ARM INSTALLMENT. GAVE A LIL TIP OF APPRECIATION. IM THANKFUL. ITS HARD TO FIND HONEST MECHANICS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN...

I had some engine noise and self start didn't work with my Camry and was worried about getting ripped off by Toyota authorized dealer - service station. A friend of mine recommended Zoil Lube and I went to them with very little hope. The staffs are very friendly and honest. They did fix the engine (alternator, I think) and checked few other small things and refilled power steering fluids and charged me 275$ total. Not sure if this is cheap or expensive to get these things fixed but everything was done in an hour of time. I am happy with...

last time I was there the manager was super rude with me I went for my car inspection and he asked me for the insurance the copy that I have was expired but I still have the policy number and I just renew my insurance I told him that I’m sorry but you can check everything on the computer, he gave me a very bad look and he told me : you don’t have to show me how I do my job!!!
