NELSON'S FURNITURE — Local services in Howell Township

🤯BEST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! That is not an easy thing to say because buying furniture can be a painnnn, but Nelson really knocked it out the park! My biggest reason for praise is the customer service!!! I've probably been to at least 15 different furniture stores and none of them compared the service I received from Nelson at his store. That meant a lot to me because many of the other stores either only looked at me as a '$", didn't pay attention to me at all, or weren't helpful once I let them know what I was looking for.

Nelson was not pushy and I LOVED that! He gave me space and time to check out what he had on the floor and then showed me more options through catalogs. I had a lot of different items I was shopping for so Nelson was also helping me pair two of them to see which fit well together. I was sold on some pieces, but I wasn't sure if they would fit in my space and I was not able to measure the space it was going to be in just yet. Still Nelson was very patient with me and again did not push! Fast forward I measured and everything was good to go and I couldn't wait to let him know so we could get on to the next step!

Delivery was great! My work schedule sucks, but Nelson and the team were flexible! Backorders and delays were still a thing at the time of purchase (February 2023) so that was an obstacle but at no fault to them! He actually worked something out for me to help me get my furniture sooner rather than much later. Still til this day I am in love with the furniture pieces and I am a very happy customer. It took me so long to leave this review because I don't have all my decor and I wanted the pictures with this review to be 🔥 lol but I didn't want to hold it off any longer.

In conclusion, I don't want to even bother with any other store again when it comes furniture purchases. Everything I want is right here: quality pieces, above and beyond customer service, education, and of course GREATTTTTTTT PRICES! Great furniture and prices! And phenomenal customer service! I can’t say enough good things about Nelson’s they truly go above and beyond- I recently had surgery & had ordered a recliner chair, my chair did not come in time so Nelson had the chair in the showroom delivered to me so I could be comfortable recovering until the new chair came in -which was only a few days later. They delivered the new one and took the other back. Who does that nowadays?! I was so touched by their compassion! Thank you Nelson’s furniture you’ll always be my go to for...

We had an amazing experience at Nelson’s furniture. My husband Pete ventresca and I bought a love seat and sofa from Nelson’s and we can’t say enough about the service he provided us. The price was fantastic better than any other furniture store- trust me we compared. This included delivery fee. We got the furniture within a week and the set we got is perfect. It is just what we wanted and suits our families needs. I would recommend Nelson’s furniture to anyone and will be going there to replace/update furniture for the rest...
