I talked to a lot of salesmen when I was shopping for a vehicle that would pull my 2 horse trailer but Margarita at Hubbard Chevrolet put them all to shame. She was knowledgeable, competent, timely, patient and knew the facts of the Tahoe I was considering inside out. She met me at the lot waving, she got an umbrella for me when it started to rain, and she put a big sign on the windshield of the Tahoe which read: HOLD FOR SUZY! Who does that? It was her easy manner, no pressure, her ability to talk tow packages, gear ratios, transmissions, safety, etc., that sold me on her, on Hubbard and on this Tahoe. In addition, we had fun during the entire process. She always reponded to my emails and phone calls quickly. She was on task, and on point every single time I got in touch with her. She was prepared and ready to talk trucks! I bought the Tahoe because I loved it and it had everything I needed to safely tow my horse, but I like buying things from people with integrity and character and a genuine quality about them, and Margarita had that in spades. I also enjoyed being in a mom and pop type of car dealer. No big glass windows, no big show room, nothing fancy. It's a car place yes, but mainly it's a people place. The entire experience was positive and every time I drive my Tahoe that good feeling will go with me. You can't put a price on that. Margarita rocks. So does Hubbard. Go there, buy a Chevy. Ask for Margarita and don't make a joke about her name! She's heard them all ! Thanks Margarita for helping me and making the experience such a lark. You're the best! And THANK YOU Hubbard Chevy for hiring women sales persons! How...
Read moreService department doesn’t take responsibility for their faults and doesn’t accept any recommendations requested from owner of vehicle brought in for a service actually told me to go to another dealership to finish a work order which they started and which I have addressed several times and told me that there were no appointments tell mid October. Leo also is very condescending and in the beginning told me that a lot of their customers transfer to them from Newberg and Wilsonvile because of the better service Hubbard offers verse other dealerships. Should be getting complimentary oil changes on a new Suburban but am charged full price . Also had a 3 year ceramic application applied they had the car for 5 days without completing and in frigid cold weather. After having it for a routine service I had to get the lifters replaced and when I called them to schedule a diagnostic that I had had a preliminary one done by OnStar that most likely was also sent to Hubbard they were Not able to take vehicle for weeks to look at it. Ended up at another dealership which had never seen the vehicle. I mentioned to Leo that they were not being very helpful , frustrated I said I guess I should take it to another dealership shop and very quickly Leo says “OK do that” I was done with his condescending remarks and he made me feel any time there was a problem that he didn’t want to fix it if it, unless it was just a routine service and that there was never a an appointment for a actual...
Read moreI came to Hubbard Chevrolet on a whim, as I was looking around the Willamette Valley for a newer vehicle after someone totaled my Ford Edge in Albany. After a day down in Eugene and having bad experience after bad experience with the lots down there, I came up to Hubbard Chevrolet after work on a Monday to look at a 2020 Chevrolet Impala (Last of their kind!) Silver and Black (my Raiders colors!) Premiere. From pulling into the parking lot and seeing the vehicle under the awning and Mr. Frank wiping it down to picking up the vehicle after completing the sale, the whole experience reaffirmed my faith in "The Car Sale". Frank was awesome! He took me around for a test drive, informing me about the Impala (I had one before, but someone ...again in Albany...totaled my 2014 Impala), so I knew if he was bulls#!ting, me I'd see through it) and everything he said rang true. After talking with the wife, it came down to the deal. He listened to what I wanted and he told me what he could do. After some back and forth (the way a car buying experience should be), I walked out with a new(er) car and a car dealership I'll probably be heading to the next time I need a vehicle! Thank you Frank for your time and energy in getting me the vehicle I wanted. We'll see...
