I stopped in today and Regina put together a blend of peppermint, chamomile, and oat straw herbs that I made a refreshing ice tea out of. It was perfect to sip on this very humid day! She also has a beautiful selection of crystals and various other metaphysical items. She will be launching her online store sometime soon as well, but I am glad I visited in store. I really love the warm welcoming feeling in here. I will be back when I can spend more time....
