I had such a day, was out of D9, and decided rather than sobbing in rage all night because my poor antidepressants can only do so much, I'd go pick some up.

I metabolize most things quicky or weirdly, so I'm incredibly picky about gummies, as it means the difference between "oh boy I have serotonin" and "I'm motion sick and paranoid" ended up getting directed to the shop in Hudson from the shop in Oakdale.

I never got the name of the man who helped me, so, guy who was working 2/2/24 around 7pm and saw a decidedly damp clerk wander in and ask for their recommendations, thank you. You made my day.

This man identified what I wanted, pivoted when I said I couldn't have one thing or the other, and went so far as to explain the texture and flavors of a few single serves. When I mentioned I was looking for a bag or two of gummies he got visibly excited, walked me through ongoing promotions, made me laugh, and the gummies I got are PHENOMENAL plus, I got like 60 gummies for the price of my usual. Ended up making a hard choice between some amazing root beer and some Chile lime. The root beer gummies are delicious and an excellent dose. I've gotta come back for the Chile lime.

I'm already looking forward to my days off to try whatever a Dome Wrecker is, my personal Savior of the night seemed pretty jazzed about them.

I'm a nervous, introverted person. I've never actually been in a smoke shop. I never once felt out of place, he walked me through everything I was looking for, made me laugh, I never felt like I was being condescended to. I rarely walk into a business after crying and leave with a high five and a smile.

I'm an avid cigar smoker and have shopped here for years. It's been many months since my last visit and after reading the other reviews it was a little disheartening. I gave it a shot anyway and was extremely disappointed. This location has always had a nice selection and variety. Now it's a hoarders dream with boxes stacked to the ceilings of the same product and open boxes all over the floor. That's not even the worst part of my experience. There's mold everywhere in both walk in humidors, boxes on the tile floor with dust bunnies and spider webs. So many sticks and boxes destroyed with clearly no regard for quality control. The guy that was working there at the time was honestly quite rude. We actually at one point had to just wait until he was done on his phone to get service and service and he was not trying to hurry up at all. We were trying to look at a torch and I told him that the one in the front wand in the front was $15 cheaper and he said that that 1 was different and I said OK well can I see that 1 and he got it for me and I looked at them and I said they have the same model number they're exactly the same just so you know but I'll purchase the one that's cheaper and if you're kind of just like throw a fit for the other 1 back and was like...
