Moved here about a year ago, this place is right next to work. Pop in to get Nashville spicy littles for lunch quite often. Eventually y’all offer a Nashville spicy bowl. I like this bowl a bunch, now my new favorite. Eventually for some reason you end it, but the ingredients really are just bowl + Nashville hot sauce so I ask for this.
For awhile it’s okay. Then eventually manager cracks down employees and tells them they cannot issue Nashville spicy and it must be in packet form only.
I begin to get turned down on my request and kind of left feeling silly.. so I ask if I can pay an additional fee for the Nashville spicy bowl and I am told no.
I ask if I can have some on the side then perhaps and I am told no.
I then try to explain I’m willing to pay more and am met with stubbornness.
I get frustrated and order three Nashville hot chicken littles no mayo and a normal famous bowl.
I remove the non spicy chicken from my famous bowl and replace it with Nashville spicy chicken from the littles previously purchased.
I ask if I can pay the near 10$ I just paid for that... user experience... to skip the steps I just performed and just put spice in the bowl? You guessed it; no.
So I dunno what the deal is- wether it is coming from higher or up just this local branch; but someone may wanna reassess their business acumen. After going to this store for nearly a year as often as I have (Most of my lunch breaks were here because of how much I like spicy chicken and how close it was) I will be swearing them off entirely.

I went thru the drive thru today and was met by the manager being extremely rude, asks for my order then tells me to stop because she’s not at her computer. Fine, then has me repeat it 4 times. To then forget my drink, after I reminded her twice. No apology. Get my order, two sandwiches are wrong, no fork for the bowl either. No napkins. I park and go in, wait for my turn to talk to the worker at the register and tell her my order details are wrong. She gets the manager and the manager proceeds to yell at me from the drive thru area that I ordered it wrong. Her employee in kitchen chimes in and she proceeds to yell at him and argue all while in front of 8+ other customers. Thank god the nice kid in the kitchen took the time to hear me out and fix my order promptly while the manager scowled at me like a true...
Read moreA friend of mine recommended the KFC Buffet in Oregon. Said it was awesome so I first tried the St Paul , Snelling Avenue location . Not impressed, I was hesitant to try it again, but this location in Hudson, Wisconsin was close to a business I frequent. This one was worse than the first. As you can see in the photos, the hot food had been left to sit underneath the warming lights much longer than it should have as the potatoes were crusted over and what appeared to be brown gravy, was more like a solid food. The extra crispy chicken was soaked in old frying oil and there were multiple baked on spills. The cold portion of the buffet had cross contaminated utensils from the hot side and again, the food was left to sit out much beyond it's safe consumption. It's my humble opinion that the Original KFC recipe is long since gone and the Colonel's reputation has been tarnished by the unhealthy service of food at this...
