VIO — Local services in Huntersville

I just went a few days ago to VIO Medspa in Huntersville & was BLOWN AWAY of how friendly & genuine it was by the whole staff. They popped up on my Instagram feed & I was interested in there laser treatment for my roseacea & called to make a free consultation for that & fillers. Sarah answered phone with such a bubbly & sweet personality. I already felt like it was a good choice. She was able to accommodate me that day. I arrived lil early & was greeted by Sarah & Kimmy the Physician Assistant who does injectables, both with warm smiles & very kind to me welcoming me as if they knew me. I felt very comfortable. I'm new to area & we had friendly chat as I waited for my consult with the amazing Journey who is one of the aestheticians there. She was awesome & very knowledgeable & felt strongly I could get a great benefit from the BBL laser for my redness. I loved her so much that I booked a hydrofacial for the next morning, that's how confident I felt in her knowledge. I also had a consult with Kimmy for filler & some possible botox & she was so cool & down to earth. I will be back for that soon & look forward to starting my laser treatment in a few weeks. I must say I know this reads like I'm being paid or sponsored, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I was just so shocked on how amazing I was treated & you can tell was genuine not just faking it to be nice cause I was a potential client. Also the ladies had such a nice chemistry you could see that which I feel makes the atmosphere that much more inviting! I'm glad to have found a new medspa for my skincare needs. The facial with Journey was amazing! She did wonders on my extractions & I feel was worth the price. They place itself is very beautiful & clean! Great soft music & nice scent. Always was offered water or a drink by all the ladies. So I would HIGHLY recommend them. Consultations are free so you have nothing to lose. I was never rushed or even more importantly never made to feel like I was forced to buy something. Just great information to use as I wished. Thank you again to all of you amazing ladies, Sarah,Kimmy & Journey! I'm sure the other ladies who work there are just as nice but those were the 3 there that day I interacted with so is to why I only mentioned them not to disregard any of the other staff members. They also have a great in-house program that you can join a monthly club with no contract & you get great discounts & monthly $ that you put in & stack to whatever treatments or products you want. I joined that thanks to Journey for explaining in to me & the benefits! See you ladies soon. Thank you again for the 10 🌟 service! Also was so shocked to find out that Sarah was not management! My experience at Vio Med Spa Huntersville was not my favorite... The environment is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and the staff was very, very nice however, the experience wasn't great and I have a couple of complaints. My esthetician was very nice and friendly, but she talked A LOT about the products that they sell throughout my service. I don't mind some recommendations at the end, but I don't want to feel like I'm trying to be sold something during what is supposed to be a relaxing facial. My second complaint is that during the red light therapy part of my Hydrafacial, the esthetician just left the room, there was no relaxing hand, arm or scalp massage like I am used to when receiving red light therapy during my facials. I also opted for dermaplaning and was disappointed at the amount of peach fuzz left on my face after the service. Lastly, they played relaxing spa music inside the treatment room, but you could still very much hear the country music station playing in the lobby and in the hallways. This was very annoying and not relaxing at all to have conflicting music in the background.

I bought a 3 facial package on special, so I will be going back to use those up. I hope my next two experiences are better than the first. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely could've...

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Changed my entire skin game!

I had a specific issue under one of my eyes that came about during my pregnancies and was advised to go to a dermatologist to fix it. After he sliced apart one my bumps under the eye, he tried for about 15 seconds to remove some deep rooted milia in my soft tissue under my eye and basically told me there is nothing to be done, sorry. It also left a little red scar….fast forward a few months: I went to VIO for my first hydrafacial with Kristen just to start taking care of my skin as a whole. Not only was she so welcoming and sweet, but I felt so much more seen and heard about these pesky milia, which I didn’t even expect to address. After a fantastic first facial, she took her time and without barely any invasive prodding and poking, she removed two of the milia right then and there.

I immediately started a membership, and after a full year working with Kristen and VIO, not only are my milia almost GONE, but we have addressed so many skin issues I didn’t even know were there. My skin has NEVER looked better. I truly feel that I look way hotter now that I’m in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s, and it truly is all thanks to VIO for their skincare recommendations, facials and their high tech treatments that get...
