North County Regional Library — Attraction in Huntersville

I am rating on the selection, space, and cleanliness of the facility. Great kids section for my toddlers. There are usually wonderful staffers that work here. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Only downside I’ll comment on is of two incredibly crabby and rude female employees that work here. Attitude for no reason. I’m sorry to be interrupting your knitting time when I’m asking you for help. Maybe you shouldn’t work with the public and find something more suitable for you. Gosh I hope my toddler doesn’t have to ask...

This is one of the most amazing regional libraries I have ever visited. In comparison to my small town of Davidson library—this one has three floors and employees on every level ready to help with any projects.

Justin was incredible, and even gave me a tour of the makers space room with 3-D printing capabilities.

I took lots of pics to show all of the resources & events that are available. It’s awesome! So many opportunities to learn and expand anyone’s horizons!

We had the most delightful time at the Huntersville library while our grandchildren were visiting this week. A neighbor suggested we go to the preschool playgroup. Our grandsons had a wonderful time. The librarian was great with the children. She even got my husband to dance and sing. Our grandsons are still talking about digging for dinosaur fossils, counting and passing the magic dinosaur egg around in the circle. We are looking forward to going back when the grandkids...
