BE AWARE!!! Don’t lose up to $1100 dollars like I did. Read the print and realize if you find out you are not comfortable with the bed after you buy it you will be slapped with a 20% restocking fee up to $500 per mattress and a pickup fee if you return it, or a 10% restocking fee up to $250 per mattress and a pickup and delivery fee if you exchange it. The 100 day trial is really a 100 day return option with fees. Anyways my options were $600 loss or a $1100 loss. I chose a return because I didn’t want to find out the next set wasn’t comfortable either and lose $2000 for having nothing in the end. I found another mattress company who doesn’t charge a restocking fee if you later find out it is not for you (details below).

My wife and I got a split king and it was so comfortable in the Mattress Firm store. We had different comfort levels and we wanted independent adjustments with our adjustable base. However when we got them it was a different story for sure. Mind you I spent over $8k for this bed so I am not being cheap. We were told Temper-Pedic was top of the line and they were great when we tried them. But we all know that when you actually sleep on it things can be drastically different. I took my business to Sleep Number as they do not charge a restocking fee and just charge a flat pickup fee of $200. Also the bed adjusts firmness so if you later find out you need more firmness just change your number and go to sleep. I am more of a stomach sleeper and the softness of the Temper-Pedic caused my pelvis to sink into the bed and cause an over arch in my back which was super uncomfortable. I switched mattresses with my wife as she had a more firm Temper-Pedic and it was better for me. However, she found no comfort in either of the mattresses. So if you find out you are not comfortable be prepared if you need a different firmness in a mattress you will have to switch it out and that will at a minimum cost you 10% restocking fee for each mattress plus a pickup and delivery fee. I basically gave Mattress Firm $1100 for the “100 day trial” (we lasted a little over 30 days before realizing it was not working out). Also note I got a top of the line Sleep Number and it was cheaper than Temper-Pedic and the $1100 I lost I broke even at Sleep Number. I hope you don’t lose money like I did and find comfort in whatever mattress works best for you. I hope this review helps...

Went to the store and was told I have 100 nights to try out the mattress and if I wasn't satisfied I'd get a 100% refund on my purchase. I took Matt (the sales associate) on his word and decided I'd give a try. 1.) they only delivered half my purchase. I was supposed to get a mattress, the frame, and a box spring. They only delivered the mattress. 2.) due to some certain circumstances, I had a family emergency come up to which I needed to return the mattress for the money. I only spent $335 on the whole set however they were only trying to give me $183 as a refund. To which I didn't even get the whole set delivered, I didn't take the mattress out of the plastic, and it only say in my home for 4 days. Complete scammish if you ask me. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Bedsides after doing extensive research on other mattresses, I can find better quality for cheaper prices elsewhere. Leo was amazing! He was very insightful about all of the products and throughly explained everything. He was very patient with my indecisiveness, knowledgeable and one of the most friendly and coolest people I’ve dealt with in customer service in my 32 years of living. He answered every question I had and if he didn’t have the answer he made sure he found it. I think he showed an exceptional example of how customer service should be. To be only 22 he has phenomenal drive and initiative. If I owned my own business he would definitely be someone I wanted on my team. He truly went above and beyond.
