Adams Ave. Donuts — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I think this is a great donut shop! Many donuts and flavors of croissants to choose from. Their croissants have a nice consistency to them and the raised donuts are denser than most. (Which I like!) So many choices and so yummy-looking that it's hard to make a decision. My one criticism is that the apple fritters are slightly overcooked, which is true of most donut shops. Also the apple fritter wasn't an Apple Fritter at all! It was cherry or something red. It wasn't as moist as an apple fritter would have been. Too much glaze and not enough fruit. Also if the fritter isn't apple, which most people would expect, they should tell you what exactly it is. Anyway, for the most part there are an abundance of choices and most are delicious! these donuts are terrible..!!! ive had much better elsewhere. they are too sweet and you should try using LESS SUGAR!!!. i could barely eat half of a donut because it was soo bad..the donuts were too huge and are hard like a rock. they must of been days old, lols. the prices you charge them for is ridiculous. i grade these donuts 1/10. oh, and also all the white people staring at you, thinking theres some color sign posted like how it was in their OLD days. haha. the donuts were so disgusting, i had to throw them away. guys, dont come here and waste your money.

To be fair I need to give a four for history. Great fresh donuts and fantastic ham andcand cheese filled crossaints! Friendly staff. The issue at the moment is they still have tables and chairs outside and right next to to the door. I drove by w the intention of going in to get a dozen donuts for my childs bday brunch. However the tables were full and the people were not wearing masks. So Adams you lost my business for the day. I drove through at Dunkin Donuts. Not as good at all but I wasn't going to brave the potential Covid corridor for donuts. Recommend remove the tables for now. I will be back because your local...
