I have been wanting to try teriyaki madness for a while now. Last night I was working in the area and stopped to finally try them. The restaurant was empty I was the only customer. I wanted to try a chicken and beef combo/meal that I always get at all their competitors but they don't have on their menu. I told the cashier what I wanted and he up sold me to their large meal with a extra protein. When he said the price I thought $17.99 was high price but I paid it because I wanted to try them. With tax and 15% tip it was $22.45. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and was told the meal only comes with one and tried to sell me the extra sauce. I had to actually say "I bought two proteins and left you a 15% tip" and I was given 2 extra teriyaki sauces. I Didn't like it. I thought the teriyaki sauce was very cloying. I regretted pouring it on the meal. The beef is cut in rectangular shapes so thin it's hard to eat and actually enjoy on its own, without the teriyaki sauce it's bland. The chicken was better tasting, the veggies bland as well. I couldn't finish half the meal and regretted paying so much for it. Here's a picture of what's left. Oh and the chop-stick-fork they give you, which I've never seen before, may be a good idea if it was stronger to hold the food and pointier to stick in the food but I don't think I'll ever be back...
Read moreit was a terrific experience however the food was the star of the show, the food when its freshly served is full of flavor. I personally ordered the orange chicken with noodles and the food was served fresh and piping hot the orange chicken was sweet, crunchy, and fresh. The noodles were packed with tanginess, sweetness, they were hot and fresh. I also got eggrolls, crab rangoons and pot stickers. The eggrolls were huge crispy on the outside soft and tender on the inside. The rangoons were high quality cream and amazing. overall it is a high quality asian restaurant I would 100% recommend...
Read moreRead great reviews online and was excited to try this place . Paid $40 for two bowls and some pot stickers . Online order said 15 minutes, I showed up about 20 minutes after ordering and stood there waiting an additional 20+ minutes. Tried the steak bowl with noodles and the chicken katsu with fried rice , along with pot stickers. I was not impressed by any of it . The chicken katsu was alright , the steak was mediocre , the rice, noodles , and pot stickers tasted like frozen grocery store food . Would not go again....
