To felix, thanks captain obvious 😂😂😂 everyone got different taste. I dont like factory/ pre made pizza as simple as that 🤦♀️🤷♀️ tried it didnt like it.you re a franchisee all the ingredients come to you pre order pre made and ordered by the bulk by coorporate meaning not the most noble ingredients.be real ! Suffered enough with one not gonna eat an other one . No thanks and my personal taste isnt gonna change the second time 🤣 as for the passive aggressive answer it does not reflect good on you nor will get clients back at the door 😒. Shouldnt be in business if you cant handle a negative review. Its called HONEST REVIEW for a reason. The place is new and as surch clean and sanitary inside . Not the best location parking can be a pain as it get full quick.after reading all the glowing review i thought i would give it a try. Sadly i was very underwarm and insanely disappointed . Tasted sightly better than domino about the same as little cesar and way below blaze pizza ( and blaze is way cheapper and dont charge extra for sauce) . So not great taste and quality wise not the best .mediocre at best IF THAT.this to me taste like fast food too greasy too salty. the giant costco pizza for 10$ is a way better and less greasy . 22.48$ for a large they got the nerve to charge 99c per ranch sauce on top so 1.98$ extra for 2 ranch and a large pizza .24$ later BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I rather go eat a good freshly made pizza at a true italian restaurent at that point . It is a franchisee so i get it they are following coorporate instructions and sadly it taste like "fast food pizza" too . I rather support a mom and pop shop those franchisee prices are out of their mind . Five guys wasnt my cup of tea. Plenty of better pizza place in huntington beach and fountain valley . I honestly dont mind paying a hefty price for something fresh organic and local but the ingredients arent even organic nor local nor...
Read moreI heard about a few Pizza Guys locations opening around Orange County in the past few months and had a chance to try out this HB spot. This business is take-out and delivery only since there are no tables to sit at (at this location) and only a few chairs to wait for take-out. The interior is clean and inviting, with everything looking in order. There is ample parking in the public lot, too!
I phoned in an order for a large Hawaiian Pizza, a garden salad with blue cheese dressing, and a Big n' Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a chewy crust with crisp edges. The salad was refreshing, but the cookie was over-baked in some areas, IMO. The cookie was still enjoyable, aside from the dark edges. The staff also gave me some packs of red peppers and parmesan cheese. Overall, it was an enjoyable, shareable meal.
The menu features specialty pizzas, build-your-own pie options, wings, salads, desserts, shareable bites, and more! Bottled and canned drinks are also available.
The staff was kind throughout the service and got me on my way fast. I recommend this local...
Read moreAfter seeing all 5 star reviews we decided to give this place a try. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the churros. $50 is a hefty price tag for that, but if the pizza was that good it would be worth it. When the pizza arrived it looked really good but the first bite we realized there was really no sauce on the pizza at all. It was completely dry and tasted more like a cheese bread than a pizza. Now things happen so I never judge a business by a mistake (we are all human after all), rather I judge a business by how they resolve the issue. So I called and spoke to the manager and explained that there was really no sauce at all on the pizza. The response ended up being, “oh sorry, we use an exact amount of sauce so not sure what happened. Thanks for telling me” then he hung up. So I got a $50 pizza that was not really edible and no offer to fix it. We now are going to need to dispute the charge in my card since the manager dismissed me so quickly and hung up. I would not recommend this place, overpriced and NO...
