Beach Island — Local services in Huntington Beach

Just had an great experience from Beach Island. I visited in July and bought the hoodie attached for my daughter and my niece. My niece sadly lost hers and has been looking. On a whim I found Beach Island's phone number randomly asked if they had a website. They don't but the woman that answered the phone asked for my number and text me photos of what she had available. Unfortunately Beach Island did not have this hoodie in stock anymore but the customer service I received for such unusual request was unexpected and much appreciated. I visited this store on vacation and purchased two clothing items that I absolutely loved! A week after my return, my car was broken into where I had my suitcase with my new items. I called the store and asked if they kept track of receipts so I could order the two items that were stolen. I happen to get the owner and she new exactly what I had bought from my description and offered to mail them to me, which they normally don't do. I appreciate her so much!
