Ok came in here once before really good food really good drinks (which I got without being card.) I am 27 and i look it so I didnt think anything of it. I go in they sell me a drink they check my ID. I was a bit surprised since they didn't check last time, but I showed him my ID. I get my drink and placed my food order, but when it arrives it's the wrong. My friend said it was good so I didn't say anything. Then after I'm already half way done with my drink the bartender comes over to my table and ask for ID again (For the drink I currently drinkingš¤ not for a new but for the drink I had in my hand). I get checking once but twice for one drink. I couldn't find it in my bag and I wasn't about to dump the whole content of my bag on the table so he could re-verify my ID. He then ask for my already half drunk drink back, and I ask for my money back. I'm like ok whatever, but you know what I wasn't going to give him a pass on the food. I point out that my food is wrong. We then go back and forth because he's telling me he's not the chef š and what I recieved was steakš. Ummmm I don't know about you, but I think I know what steak looks like. And I know they charged me extra for steak/asada. I tell my friend we should leave. This is when I notice a blonde bartender glaring at us, but I'm talking shark eyes I hope you die stare. I thought maybe I'm just imagining it, but I hear the group next to us commenting about her glare too. I've never seen this women in my life nor was she the one who help me. So I'm wondering what her problem is. I felt so uncomfortable and ask another bartender if she could please ask her to stop, she said 'we dont want to serve under age drinking". I pointed at the empty glasses in the table, and she just shrugs. We were leaving when my friend ask the group next to us if they were all carded for a buck of drinks (5 jello shots plus some mixs drinks), and guess what they say...no! This all happened with a table full of manager right next to us. Worst experience ever. And thanks for ruining...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never experience such disrespect from a food service place. I go up to the bar and order 4 dinner plates, 2 appetizers, and 4 drinks and then I pay the tab, but do not add a tip. However, since the restaurante is open seating, no servers, and you order at the bar. As a costumer I knew I was not done ordering and was going to order a 2nd round of drinks maybe a 3rd, and was going to give them the tip for the entire tab including the food once we were done. I didn't think much of it honestly. Sadly, after waiting more than 30mins for our appetizers I started to think it was because of the tip, so we were done with our drinks and I went up to get the 2nd round and went to the same bartender that helped me the first time. I go up to the bar and waited for the 2 people in front of me I was next, and the bartender flat out ignored me and says "not you" and helped 2 more people behind me. I then tell him I'm here ready when you ready. He doesn't look at me and says "you'll be here waiting a while" that's when was in shock and contemplating slapping him across his face but because I was with family I maintained my composer. And waited for another bartender to help me. While I was at the bar for 15mins my sister goes to the kitchen and ask what is the deal with our food and as she is walking back to the table the servers are following her with ALL of the food. They were simply holding our food back there and purposely not bringing it out! I should have but after I ordered the 2nd round of drinks I tipped them as I had planned the the rude bartender's attitude changed completely. Truly truly disappointed because the food was amazing, but the bartenders service and disrespect shadowed everything. I didn't get his name but he was the Asian...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis restaurant left a lot to be desired- and that is putting it nicely. First off, our business didnāt seem priority to the workers. Had to seat ourselves and get our own menus. Only one other table with 2 people ordering food and our order was put in incorrectly. Our waitress (who was also the bartender) didnāt come check on us after the food was brought out, so I had to track her down to let her know the food was incorrect. She then proceeded to argue with me that I didnāt tell her I wanted chicken in my burrito, that I wanted shrimp. Luckily another staff member stepped in to smooth things over- he apologized for the inconvenience and asked what needed to be remade. We asked for water three times before getting any. The margarita was one of the worst Iāve ever had. After my order was corrected and brought to me after the rest of my party was done eating, I took a bite of my chicken burrito and felt something very hard and not edible- a chicken bone! The rest of the meat in the burrito was overcooked and chewy. I ended up eating two bites and saying forget it. The one good thing is that they give you chips and salsa so I filled up on those and my side of rice. My entree was taken off of my bill so luckily I didnāt pay for the disgusting food, just the horrible drink. The food, drinks, and service were everything you DONāT want in a restaurant. Must have been an off night for the staff...
