We pay thousands and yet they have so many restrictions as don't put this and that. So annoying! And on top of that they also throw away nice flowers every week to the trash! Flowers are expensive, they should not be bothering those until we family members do it. Instead, you should just take care of the dead grass you leave behind you lazy workers! We went to place holiday decorations as we do every year and we were greeted by one of the cemetery caretakers who handed us this and advised that the tree in the photo is not allowed. You’re only allowed to have like a 2 foot tree now nothing lit nothing battery operated, etc. etc. I mean that pretty much violates everybody that’s decorated so far and it’s kind of funny for the insane amount of money you pay for these Lots for our loved ones, and now they’re telling us what we can put on it and what we can, and at the last minute nonetheless This could’ve been handled a lot better...

They’ll throw away any and every decoration put on your loved ones site. Even when they allow it for certain dates, don’t wait till that final date. They threw away hundreds of dollars of Christmas decorations on their allowed final day. No apology from management and no attempt to remedy the situation. They won’t even allow you to look where they said they disposed of the items. For a place that charges 20k plus, and when dealing with lost loved ones, you’d hope for some professionals with people skills according to the industry...
