Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Update- long story short I just received full refund after having to follow up with credit union so many times, then filed a complaint to CFPB. Thanks.

Since there was a disclosure disclaimer about the information in the email about it maybe being illegal 🙄, just updating that not the store, but the corporate website's response said that even they couldn't help me, since it was through Uber Eats, even though I'm assuming the store got paid. All this can be your experience, too. 🤨 Just stealing. If I don't hear from them, I'm ultimately going through credit union..Oh, and not that it's factored in, but since learned to take own pictures of food to have access to, since you don't have access to pictures of food initially sent through Uber Eats.

So I wasn't going to post this review, because it's Uber Eats who didn't make the situation right, but I am trying to let the restaurant make the situation 'right' and I'll delete the review. First consistent experience, since the one time I was there in person they tried to not let me use the bathroom for I don't know why after I placed an order, but after I already finished my food let a white guy with his son use the restroom when they said it wasn't working, but I just went in to the men's after the white guy anyways. Anyways, to summarize the screenshots entire order wrong, fine that I had to scrape off cheese I was allergic to, that food was cold by the time I was done initially contacting Uber Eats, but Uber Eats has always been good, but this representative doesn't want to give me a refund for missing what the original items should have come with and missing what I paid extra for too. 100% theft, disabling card when my app works, cancelling on Monday when credit union opens, refuting charge, and saving me a lot of money never going to this Wienerschnitzel or going through...

My favorite drive-thru shop for a rootbeer float and a hotdog, or two. I love the service, and the food is fresh & tastey for the great price. The Chicago dogs feature fresh tomato wedges, along with chopped onions, mustard and dill pickle spears. The All American Dogs have ketchup, chopped onions, sweet pickle relish and American mustard on a soft steamed bun. The menu also features corn dogs, chili dogs & chili fries, as well as beef dog or bratwurst options. The soft-serve ice cream cups beat a blizzard or a flurry every time, but the medium or large rootbeer float can't be bettered at any shake shop around. We went to this Wienerschnitzel on Sunday, April 28th between 1 and 2 P.M.. The sign in front advertised 5 corndogs for $5.95. When my husband went to purchase them, the gal said that weekends were excluded, so she charged him the full price of a single corndog for each. Not only that, she didn't give us a receipt. So my husband went back on Monday, the 29th, to talk to a manager. There was no manager available, so he talked to another gal, who said that the special of 5 corndogs for $5.95 is good all week, including weekends and would have given us the difference if we had had a receipt. So basically, the gal on Sunday lied! No wonder she didn't give us a receipt! Very disappointed! It's not a lot of money ($1.30 difference) but it's the principle...
