In a recent experience at the restaurant located at 8142 Talbert Ave, Hb, CA 92647, I encountered a series of issues that resulted in a significant financial loss. Upon arriving, I parked in the front of the establishment and my husband proceeded to enter. However, we were denied our order. The restaurant staff proceeded to profile and discriminate against us based on his appearance. He even stated he saw our food there and would just go over and take it and the Asian guy said he would call the cops!!!! I was compelled to enter the establishment barefoot and unable to walk properly to address the situation. Upon confirming my entire order, including the item names, phone number, and full name, I was still unable to receive my food. The Asian worker attempted to intervene and prevent me from speaking to the supervisor who was consistently ignoring me and refusing to make eye contact. I persisted in requesting that the supervisor address my concerns. She eventually stepped aside and informed me that she required a receipt for my order. However, I had already placed my order through the app for pickup, and I had provided my full contact details. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, the supervisor continued to refuse my request. I explained that I would have to drive home to print a receipt from my computer or charge my phone, and I would like the entire meal to be remade because my food had been sitting out for over 15 minutes. I reiterated that if she attempted to deny my request and I had to return home empty-handed, I would be forced to contact corporate, as she should have been able to resolve the issue on her own. To my surprise, the supervisor instructed her staff to give me my food in Spanish. However, when I received my food and returned home, it was cold. This incident highlights the restaurant’s lack of customer service. If other customers are being scammed out of meals due to this issue, I believe it is not my responsibility to compensate for the inconvenience. I had paid for my meal and expected it to be hot and ready for pickup. Read moreUpdate: Went to have lunch. No baby sitting today. My hair didn't get pulled! There did seem to be more homeless around the building than I kast remembered. Food was good!! ‐--------------------------------------------------------- I was excited to find this larger kfc. Somewhere where we can sit inside and enjoy our lunch away from our busy office. There is another kfc in HB that the employees are loud in their conversations. The lobby is small, so this larger lobby was nice. We noticed a child sitting alone in a corner when we walked in. We thought ... OK. we ordered and sat down after we saw all the booths needed cleaning.. Shortly after our food was given to us packed Togo, we sat and started to eat. Another older child came in with a toddler and went to the counter. A lady with very long loose hair came out of the back behind the counter and spoke with the girl with the toddler. The toddler stood up on top of the service counter for a few minutes while they chatted. They then came to sit behind me in a booth. The service counter was never wiped the entire time we sat after the toddler stood on top of it. The toddler stood on the seat behind me, pacing, kicking, etc while I ate. Eventually, my hair gets pulled while I'm eating. The girl with the toddler says she's sorry and moves the toddler to her side of the booth. Soon after, she gets up with the toddler and goes to the counter and says "Ma" in Spanish tells the lady that the child won't behave and pulled my hair. Read moreawful customer service i’m from kentucky and on a road trip i even have a friend who is higher up in the country who goes around training various KFC locations, i pulled into the drive thru today w a simple request, i wanted my wings well done, the cashier went back and fourth w me at the speaker and instead of making the food as i had requested she was going to give me soggy wings that have been up since god knows when and aren’t as crispy as i like. when I confront her at the window she starts to argue with me again saying that I don’t know how to order my food basically, which as somebody who has six years of fast food experience and eight years of customer service experience altogether is some thing you never do. when i called after leaving the drive thru the manager just asked me to “come back”, like who would want to go back to somewhere that someone talked to them like that????
