In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

1st time In and Out burger, having high hopes due to an amazing time at Hunington Beach with my family and, what better way to experience a Sunday in cali than grabbing In and Out with the family. On Sept 7th 2025, my family. While waiting in line behind my brother, along with his family. I myself value the safety for my family, traveling through this location and the customer service is ridiculous. The unprofessional mannerism, and inconsiderate of the customer for the service that they pay for! My fiance gets redirected from a faulty driver jamming up the drive thru line. My family traveled from our homestate to CA and try this In and Out burger location due to the positive reviews. The food was great. The customer service needs a reality check. Take a second out of your day and see the situation infront of you. My family of 14 traveling together in a pack, showing my brother Huntington Beach and we must stay behind each other. The roads are not safe and traffic is terrible. My family's safety is at stake due to the fact I held my own. To not cause any further stress and damage to the situation to redirect our journey to the parking lot. Trip at hold up and spit from the drive thru employee completely disregarding my statement, the fact first come first serve. Breaking the rules with a Mercedes SUV is allowed to cut off a family of 8, so heads up if you want to grab you burger quickly, cut off any family, if you can leave at tip at the drive through window.. I will not attend this location again, I wish the employees well and for them not to experience someone having a bad day, things could...

We went to the grand opening of this location on Beach Boulevard. It was quite by accident actually, because we didn't know it was open yet but happened to look across the street and we saw cars in line. They had a lot of extra staff on hand, probably because they're all training, and helping with the load of potential customers they'll probably have. It looks clean bright and cheerful sitting right there on Beach Boulevard, because there's not been anything there for a very long time. I've lived here for years and it's nice to see this location get a nice overhaul. Staff are super friendly, which as we all know is one of the better things about In and Out Burger, is that people actually smile and thank you and you're so polite which as you all know also, is not so much the case everywhere else, LOL. Honestly a lot of other places should take In-N-Out Burgers lead on how to treat customers -they are always excellent. And the food was very delicious as you would expect , nice and fresh! They were also giving out free hot cocoa to children. I thought that was very cool of them. I tried to convince the gentleman at the window that I looked a little old for my age and could I have some cocoa, but he just smiled and laughed at me oh, he wasn't buying none of it! This was my first time eating at this location, the staff was friendly, plenty of parking, no lines and it wasn't crowded. The cashier greeted me and I ordered #2, Cheeseburger with grilled onions, no tomato, French Fries and a Medium Drink. I also asked for two packets of spread and Chili Peppers. It took a while to get my food but I eventually got it.

Drinks I get the Neapolitan shake, it's a mixture of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

Food I like to eat the cheeseburger with the chili peppers and dip my fries in the spread. My burger was juicy and the fries were perfect. Sometimes I order my burger Protein Style, it replaces the hamburger bun with a large leaf of lettuce. I also like to get my fries well-done (extra crispy fries) or Animal Style which includes melted cheese, grilled onions, and topped with the spread.

Tips Burgers: ~3x3 or 4x4 - refers to the number of meat patties, and slices of cheese in the burger. ~Double Meat - No Cheese ~Grilled Cheese - No meat just cheese
