Had to bring in my computer since my display wasn’t working (probably because of all the power surges at my house). I kept getting sudden black screens and 100% fan engagement out of nowhere.

There was an initial service fee for the basic diagnosis. After about 3 days, they couldn’t quite pinpoint the cause of the issue being the CPU or Power supply. They kept my computer for a bit longer for a more thorough diagnosis for no extra service charges. After about 2 more days they were able to run enough tests to determine that the GPU was fried and shorting out all the other parts. I paid a fair price for the GPU and repairs.

Customer service was so thorough. Their staff kept me updated along the entire way. Jesus was very knowledgeable and informative—he was very patient with explaining me all my options!
