GQT Huntington 7 — Local services in Huntington

Super disappointed in our experience this evening. I took my daughter and her friend to see the new Jurassic world movie and the staff completely ruined the experience. When we arrived the girls at the counter were not in work mode, very unprofessional and very forgetful and horse playing. They even forgot to give us the 3D glasses (no big deal as I tried to hold space for them being young so I carried on) However about an hour into the movie the cup we had began to get a soft bottom and was leaking a little bit of water so went and asked them for an extra cup to put the leaking cup in before it made a larger mess. Mind you I had completely went into mom mode, using all purse napkins to consolidate any liquid. (There was no actually mess) just wanted to get the extra cup as a preventative incase the bottom completely broke through. The one young lady started hitting her head with her hand and on the counter acting very dramatic. All I could do was stare at her, I was speechless at how she responded. I was almost in tears as I apologized profusely and said I’m doing the best I can to fix the situation and the girl replied in very unprofessional demeanor that she’s going to have to mop that up now … and then the two girls laughed and made fun of the situation.. literally right in front of me and talked crap like I legit couldn’t hear them on the other side of the counter. i was so uncomfortable and I will not be coming back and I have been coming to this theater since I was...

We were here early for a show that was to start at 330 they didn't even have anywhere for all of us to wait the movie that was playing so don't end until 3:13. They let us in at 309 this place is fifty it reminds da me of that fabreez commercial we're the girls are blindfolded and lead into a room of trash. This furniture is so dirty the curtain fridge is torn. They should have kept the light off when we came in. I feel like I need to leave and take a shower so gross !!!!! It's 327 the screen is blank the light are sim but not all the way...

I have been coming to this theatre for nearly 20 years. The price can never be beat. Yes you don't get the fancy seats and screens, but the overall experience for what you pay can't be beat.

The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that for the last few visits for me, the projectors are not centered on the screens very well anymore. I just got out of the July 16th 4:40 showing of minions rise of gru and about 10 to 15 percent of the image is on the corner of the wall next to the screen. It's noticable and bothers me....
