Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Huntington

Worst wings ever! $60 and we couldn't eat em! Ordered 20 honey mustard and 20 garlicky parm. Worst honey mustard sauce, even McDonald's is better! The garlicky parm was just too salty. Now I remember why we started making wings at home in our air fryer! NEVER AGAIN!

Response to owner: stop getting upset with bad reviews and do the job right in the first place! My order was a pick up! You are 30 min from where I live. Total just to pick them up, 1 hour. You expect me to waste more time and fuel returning bad food? I've been enjoying Wings Etc food longer than you've had employment with them. Trust me, when I say the sauce IS NOT the same. It might be the same brand, but it does NOT taste the same. Companies change recipes and ingredients all the time in an effort to save money. With that most likely being the case, other than trying a different sauce, there was nothing for you to remedy. And as I have gastro issues, I only eat those 2 sauces. But not even my hubby, who i lovingly refer to as the "human garbage disposal", could eat those wings. The whole point of these reviews is to get businesses to up their game, product/service and customer service. Just so no one else has to go through what we did! So yes, i post the review first and wait to see if the owner/proprietor/manager even cares enough to respond? Sorry, not...

Emily did an amazing job tonight. Easy to talk to, didn't rush us or make us feel bad for taking our time, was helpful with choosing sauces and so on. Honestly one of the best waitresses I have had since before Covid began. Our food was perfect. The only issue I had tonight was every single time Emily made it to our table, she was tapped on the shoulder, interrupted, or called from across the room by other waitresses and the manager. It is clear she is reliable at what she does, and I know other staff were training or fairly new...but all I could think was how rude it was to my table. When I attempted to discuss how my service was tonight (beginning with I want you to know how well she is doing), the manager began walking away as she was telling me she knows how good Emily is and how thats why she had to pull her away from my table so much because she is one of her only reliable workers tonight. I'm sorry but when a customer wants to talk to you, as the manager, you dont run off. You dont cut them off. You take the time to listen. Because maybe that conversation could save you from burning out your "most reliable" waitress. Especially during a time when everyone is looking for...

We were greeted with an apology for not seeing us walk in which was fine but happy she noticed us quickly. Free arcade games Wednesday which was great. The server delivered the pretzel bites which were ok kind of soggy from grease. I'd had them previously and they were amazing the first time but not this one. Then while playing arcade games the server delivered our food but no utensils. My drink was empty not even half way through the meal and the server took care of a few tables with out even looking at us and we still had no forks. Finally 10 or more minutes before we got forks after we already ate more then half the wings that were only ok. (They were over cooked?)and got the drink refills as I'm ready to leave , the check and a box . The box had a hair shorter then mine and longer then the 2 guys I was with inside the lid. Food is over priced needs help and...
