I originally went into Personal Couture because I had won a gift certificate from a fundraiser silent auction. I found this beautiful sweater I ended up purchasing. There was no price on the sweater so I really didn't know what my total would be after the gift certificate & when I was told my total, I didn't question if she took off the gift certificate she was holding in her hand. Later I saw on their website the price of the sweater & reviewed my receipt to realize I was never credited for the gift certificate. I messaged the business the situation, knowing I didn't know how to exactly prove unless they had an extra gift certificate they didn't account for in their daily statement but they never contacted me back. The clothes were beautiful & of good quality but the price I paid for a single sweater I expect a lot better customer service, at least a message acknowledging the situation even if they did not plan to make it right; will...

I have been here a few times to purchase stuff for myself. The owner Lois Ann is wonderful and really takes care of her customers needs. She has gone above and beyond for me! I was a bit unhappy with a purchase I made and she went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and always communicated with me in a timely manner. I cant recommend Personal Couture enough! I am visiting the area. While we waited to get into our hotel I chose to go shopping. While I am in my traveling clothes( sweatpants). The ladies looked at me like I could not afford any of their item. They both continued to speak with a customer in the back where the shoes are located and did not even acknowledge me to move out of the way for me to even look at the shoes.
