Tenders — Restaurant in Huntsville

I've been a huntsville native for 20 years now and have been going to tenders since I was a kid, specifically the five points loaction, and I thought I'd mix it up a little by going to this one.

Let me just say, I'll be sticking to the one in five points.

The portions are WAY to small for the price that they're asking. For clarification, I got the Tender Plate and it came with 3 chicken fingers and a baby chicken finger, I could count the number of fries they gave me on my hand, and the coleslaw cup they give you was filled up maybe halfway.

Terrible customer service I was given 4 tenders the size of bit size shrimp. After calling and being told that it would be replaced the general manager of this store along with being rudely talked over and dismissed told me there was nothing she could do for me so I simply decided to hang up. I placed a to-go order for two Tender Plates and when I was on the road to Nashville noticed I was only given one. I called to have them credit my card and of course they can't do it remotely but would honor my order the next time I'm in town. What a waste of my time. Not only that, I was only one of two customers in the restaurant. I know I should have checked the bag, but come on man, this is an indictment on society, service, and the state of business now in America. I won't ever go to this...
