Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntsville

Fastest service and always with a smile. Because of the location, these 2 things are so super important that the people in drive thru do not even realize the value of their good and helpful attitudes. I would hope they get encouragement like their attitudes and smiles are simple encouragement to people like myself who are rushing to and from work and need to grab lunch or dinner but really have no time to go anywhere to actually eat it. Majority of the time, as of lately, I can depend on your service to be the fastest drive thru and my food is still fresh, always good, and correct. Great customer service deserves great encouragement and appreciation. I suggest that we thank anyone who works in these type industries a bit more often and in more creative ways. If it seems to much other the top for you to do that, consider that it's just your time or a few kind words. Change the world one person at a time; one kindness at a time. Honest Review for Taco Bell Near Huntsville Hospital

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell, and I feel like people should know about it. I had just left Huntsville Hospital with a broken leg and, since I was on foot, I made the difficult walk to this location to grab some food. When I arrived, I was met with immediate hostility from the manager.

Despite the store being open for hours more, the manager was already mopping the floors and acted like my presence was a huge inconvenience. Instead of offering even a basic level of customer service, they rudely told me to leave and even went as far as to say, "You knew you came at the wrong time." That alone was shocking—what kind of restaurant turns away paying customers just because they’re cleaning early?

Not only was this an awful experience, but it also showed a complete lack of empathy, especially considering my obvious injury. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive even an ounce of it here. Do NOT walk across the street from Huntsville Hospital late and expect to get any food, unless you take a car out of parking and drive the 1-2 blocks from parking to the store. After the front is closed, the drive through window will not serve you unless you drive through. I recently tried to get specifically requested food for my daughter, who was inpatient at Huntsville Hospital, after 9PM when she was hungry. The clerk at the side window said "We do not serve walk-ups." and slammed the window closed. Lost my business that night to Subway, who was willing to serve me. I only go to Taco Bell at children's request as I do not care for their food, but I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. If I could give NO STARS I would, but this requires that I give at least 1 star. I also filed an online complaint, requesting a return contact and provided a contact number. This has been over 1 month ago, and I have never heard from Taco Bell. I guess that this business just does not care...
