I went to pick up my prescription, and I told the "pharmacy tech" that I was only picking up one of prescriptions because I had a doctor's appointment, and I was waiting to see if he would change my prescription to a different amount. This "tech" would not let it go! She kept trying to get me to pick it up, telling me they would put it back (which I know for a fact they will hold it for a few days). Finally, I got my other prescription, and she tells me my card declines. I checked it, gave her back the card, and told her there was plenty of money on it, and to run it again. I also told her I was going to call her manager for how rude she was being to me. Then, she said, and I quote exactly: "Why are you calling my manager? It's not my fault you don't have money for your scripts." Are you kidding me?!?! I've worked in customer service while I was in college, and I don't care how bad of a day I was having, I WOULD NEVER SAY THAT TO A CUSTOMER! I would be fired that day! Oh, on top of that, I got an alert from my phone saying that "tech" put my medication back! I called corporate, and the management team on that horrible "tech". Wyatt, the pharmacist called me, and told me they would deal with that "tech", and he was so nice to me. It is ONLY because of him that I keep going there. He is the best thing in that pharmacy. Corporate was shocked and apologetic to me. That place is a joke, keeps people waiting on purpose, and I've also had family and friends call on them too! AVOID THEM...

First off Wyatt and several other employees are very nice, well mannered. The exception being an employee named Billy, he has Been treating my mother horribly to the point she is in tears. This all stemmed from an incident where Billy misplaced a bag of narcotics (Pain pills) that day we were threatened with the police showing up, which never happened. Well ever since HE misplaced them about two years ago, he has been truly awful, snarky, and harsh to my physically disabled mother who lives in a state of constant ptsd and this time, the way he immediately assumed we were their for pain pills and we weren't AT ALL! I have made a formal complaint. Billy has the absolute worst customer service attitude, I am sick of seeing my mother cry and have an anxiety attack, she is afraid of going there now because she doesn't want to be treated like that. We are currently looking for a new pharmacy cause of Billy, and his horrid customer service attitude. Read moreMy wife and I. Me a disabled Vet, her a cancer survivor. Made appointments online for flu shot and covid boosters. When we showed up they said I could not get either vaccine shot. Because "I had no insurance", even though I showed my Medicare and VA Id's. Instead of offering me to just pay the $30 for the flu shot and then give me my free covid booster they denied me both shots. The clueless woman at the counter even went back and asked the pharmacist. My wife and I waited 20 minutes (with nobody in the waiting room but us) for her scheduled covid booster. While we sat there we observed this pharmacy's staff running around and failing customer service to other customers. Customers on the phone (the phones rang constantly with no attempt to answer the calls). Customers at the drive up window being neglected. And walkup customers being treated like dirt. End results? I never received my scheduled Covid booster or flu shot. And after waiting 30 minutes past her appointment time we walked out. A complete failure of this pharmacy at all levels. We then went down the street to Family Pharmacy and received all 4 of our shots in 15 minutes. Avoid this place...
