Perks! Coffee, Espresso, & Smoothies — Restaurant in Hurricane

I usually come here every day because I do like the coffee here, however the blonde server lady at the window working on 6/6/24 at noon was incredibly rude. She asked for a tip and I simply said that I'd like to input it on the iPad myself and she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the service window door. I did leave a tip of course, but I do not appreciate being pressured by the employees to do so. When she handed me the coffees she was short and unresponsive with me when I said thank you and she shoved them in my hands, nearly spilling all three of them on my seats. Not sure why hostility needs to be involved over something I'm not required to do anyway. I was incredibly polite and kind anyway.

Please train your employees to leave tips to the buyers descretion and leave pressuring your customers to tip with hostility out of the equation. I won't be coming back to...

Stopped there on our way to st. George. Haven't been there before so wasn't sure what to expect and how fast the service was. There was one car ahead of us on our side and two cars by the other window. All in all it took us 10 minutes from the time we got in line, until we drove off with our coffee. so, i go to this perks quite often, but today i was disappointed. i usually get italian sodas with cream, and they’re USUALLY delicious. however, today i got one (the one on the right) and it was EXTREMELY foamy. i got home and the drink itself was only two thirds full. i went back, and the girl who helped me had a bit of an attitude. i ended up paying for another one (the one on the left), but i feel like the situation was handled a bit poorly. i am just hoping the baristas we’re having a bad day, as i normally love going there, but today was just a poor...
