We came here for lunch because we were under the impression that it would be fairly healthy. Unfortunately, the smoothies were extremely sweet. Come to find out that they add a LOT of sugar to their supposedly healthy fruit smoothies. When you are paying this much for a smoothie, there's no reason why it should not be pure fruit & vegetables. Also, there is no reason to dilute the smoothie by throwing ice in it.
When our sandwiches were were delivered to our table, the server told us which sandwiches were which. Unfortunately, she told us wrong and two people in our group ended up eating part of the wrong sandwich. Then, in the 10 minutes while we were there, another gentleman came in who had been through the drive-thru and had his order completely screwed up.
I realize that good help is hard to find, but if they can't get a decent manager in the building to get things figured out, they will definitely be losing business.
As for the smoothies, I have read online that you can ask that no sugar be added, but, when the smoothie ingredients are listed on the menu why is it not disclosed that they are adding extra sugar?
Finally, I noticed that in most of your Google reviews you're asking people to go to your website and submit their comments there. Why are you asking the public to do your job? Maybe it would be a good idea to monitor these reviews directly instead of asking the customer to do more work to improve your business. Just a thought.
UPDATE: And, just like clockwork, you ask me, just like all of your other disappointed customers, to waste more of their time and go to your website to give you more information so apparently, as some would report, you can do absolutely nothing. Very disappointing. If you were "committed to providing the highest quality food and great customer service to all of [your] guests", you would stop asking your customers to go to your website and give you the same feedback you have already been...
Read moreI’m honestly surprised by how high the ratings are for this restaurant. It’s in a nice new building, good area of town, but the service here is always bad and the smoothies are usually bland and tasteless unless you get the seasonal ones. They used to offer you a lime straw with every smoothie, now you have to pay extra for them. I’ve come here a lot and every time something has gone wrong. I’ve either had to wait a horrendous amount of time or my order’s been made wrong or both. Multiple times I’ve been given free smoothie cards as a “sorry” which has kept me coming back. But nowadays they don’t even apologize for their mistakes. This last time I went, they missed an entire meal for a member of our party and then they took forever making it! Everyone else was 1/2 done eating by the time we got the last meal, and they were trying to eat slow. I’ve had to wait at the window in the drive through 20 minutes before, after ordering the food. Just literally waiting for them to hand it to me. I’ve even had the owner personally give me multiple free smoothie cards before. I never voice complaints out loud in person. I try to be a patient and kind customer because I’ve been the person on the other end. The service at this place though is sad. You can easily stand at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes before a single employee will acknowledge your presence. It seems like they’re always understaffed. I thought this was a problem they would eventually fix, but it’s been 2 years now that I’ve been eating here and it’s never been fixed. I guess I keep coming back because it’s a different restaurant type, it’s new and clean, they have apologized in the past for their mistakes, smoothies are great in the heat and mainly my kiddo loves to come here on dates with me. But I don’t and won’t be coming here as often because the service is so...
Read moreA great concept that failed to deliver something special. I haven't tried any of the vegetable smoothies, but I recommend trying the jetty punch. A blend of fresh strawberries with banana provides for a thick shake with chunks of strawberries in every sip. The pure mix of fruit minus dairy adds to the freshness of the smoothie and keeps the calorie content low. My sandwich, however, was extremely disappointing. Advertised as sourdough, the bread appeared nothing far from a generic slice of white bread drenched in a smoky tomato sauce that dominated every bite. Very little mozzarella combined with processed cheese and one slice of bacon left me flabbergasted. I ordered baked lays but was served regular which was quickly resolved. Service was polite, we wanted to leave a cash tip, but the cashier explained that corporate didn't allow cash tips which seems rather unfair to their employees. Hopefully corporate comes around and switches out processed meat for fresh especially since they are advertising as a healthy option. I think the prices were a bit extreme for a fast -food type drive thru...
