Came into this establishment to spend a lot of money for my business, and on the website it said that they had a product I needed the lady at the cash register was very rude and argued with me that they didn’t have the product I needed when clearly on the website it says that they had it, she didn’t try to help us find what we needed nor apologize for my inconvenience of driving here. I pulled up the website to clearly show her what I saw on their website and still she said it was a customer she clearly it wasn’t. I told her for future reference they should take it down so customers would not think they sell the tank tops when the website clearly and boldly says it does. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of colors of vinyl for my crafting projects and also have pre-printed heat transfer designs to choose from and a great section with blank t-shirts, koozies and so much more! They can event custom print a design for you. Love this place and love supporting a local small business. I felt very safe with their covid protection protocol.
