Not Just Pho — Restaurant in Hurst

I’ve been here twice and I’ve been happy with both of my experiences! The food is phenomenal and I was blown away by how affordable this restaurant is esp compared to the other Vietnamese restaurant on the other side of town. The brisket pho is amazing and the meat is so good 🤌🏼 food came out quick and was steaming hot! What’s cool is that you can get the toppings yourself and I wish more restaurants did that. The second time I got the chicken fried rice and added bean sprouts. I’m not usually a fan of fried rice but damn, I was really impressed because it was delicious. My boyfriend got the combination fried rice (chicken and pork) and he really liked it too. I’m not usually a fan of pork, but it was good here! My absolutely favorite thing at this restaurant is the chicken egg rolls. They come with sweet and sour sauce and oh man, everybody needs to try them. I could easily eat 5 of them tbh.

Drinks we got: black sugar boba, Thai tea, and a black tea with passion fruit syrup. The black sugar boba wasn’t my favorite. The Thai tea was honestly perfect. It wasn’t incredibly sweet like most places make it so I really appreciate that and please don’t make it sweeter, I’m begging! I also appreciate that they don’t add so much ice to the drinks!

I didn’t think the restaurant was dirty. I’m not sure why the restaurant needs to have decor but what do I know lol I don’t really think this restaurant has servers but if you go up to them, they’ll be more than happy to help you. They also put out the take out trays/containers which is nice. I saw a lot of people inside the restaurant and getting take out so it’s definitely good lol

I will say that the Banh mi sells out really quick unfortunately so come earlier in the day if...

So I noticed on Google that people gave this place 4.8 stars? I don't know who eats here, but it is def not 4.8 stars worth. So upon walking in the place is very run down and dirty. We were told u order first, then sit down, so when ordering, they did not have 2 of the options that are listed on the menu. So finally we ordered and sat down so my boyfriend ordered a hot tea the guy brought the tea and he almost dropped it onto the table and the lid came off the cup and then just said Oh my bad? Hmmm, then I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, and then the same guy came out and proceeded to show me what they made the coffee with and asked me if I ok with that? What restaurant does that? Then the food came out, the pho was not good at all, and I got shrimp pho, and the shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp, and then I asked for chili oil they only gave us 2 small containers with chili oil in them. Horrible customer service No one ever checked on us to see if we were doing ok or if we needed anything? Very bas bad horrible service and horrible food. Will never come here again. The tables were also very dirty, and there were no pictures or anything on the walls it was like...

Been very satisfied to date. However, today I got two sandwiches. Instead of baking their own bread they are getting it from an outside supplier. This bread is old and extra dry. Refused to make good. Suggested I contact Uber eats for redress.

Something went wrong. Your sandwich went from best in the area to below minimum acceptable in my case. You have the details, I don't have them. You have to figure out what went wrong.

You are right. Refund is from UberEATS. I send them the same org feedback above. Hiding behind email, UberEATS took the dry bread and twisted it into a "size" issue!! Also, GrubHub driver made delivery, not UberEATS. I gave them an ultimatum - refund of I dispute the whole charge with my CC. I'm not going to play email tag over this. RIP sandwiches for...
