McDonalds — Restaurant in Hurst

I keep trying to give this new McDonald’s location the benefit of the doubt but it’s impossible. I’ve come here at least 4 times now and EVERY single time they get my order wrong or incomplete.Except tonight they just didn’t get my order to me at all. I went to order a 1 meal. It was a double cheeseburger with fries and drink. I get to the window to pay. Everything is going fine so far. Get to the next window and the guy looks confused and asks what drinks I ordered. I said med coke. He hands it to me closes windows the. Comes back and asks me to pull up to wait for my food. Ok weird it’s literally just 1 meal and every car behind me is getting their food and leaving. I wait another 5 minutes. Finally park and go in. The lobby is full of people waiting! And there’s not one single person at counter. The guy in front tries to wave someone down and they tell him to wait. Another 5 minutes pass before what looks like the manager comes to the front. Takes his order then I hand him my receipt. While he goes in the back to “find” my order, a woman ask me , are you waiting for your food to because I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and no one has brought it out to me”. At this point either this place needs a new manager or completely new staff. I won’t come back here. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other McDonald location EXCEPT this one. Came here around 945pm , Wednesday, August 13th… I had never been here. 2 of our fries were missing in our to go order. And when I was handed fries after waiting another 15 minutes to get soggy fries, they were half empty 😳🤯 … I didn’t make a fuss. Well when I was about to walk out I noticed the calendar at the entrance and hand written on it is “Left Handers Day”. So I went in and asked the mngr at the cash register what the calendar was all about and what Left Handers Day meant… she sd she had no idea that since she works night shift she isn’t given any instructions about that and has nothing to do with the calendar 🤯 I asked for an email or phone number to speak to someone that would know what that calendar means. She sd she didn’t know anything bcuz the location is new . That they only opened in April… april? What?? April was 4 months ago! That is plenty of time to understand what to do and get instructions/ details pertaining to guests, especially as a manager. Definitely...

Pretty dissapointed. Came for a quick breakfast ordered 1 meal, steak bagel and they apparently "forgot to make it" so now this quick 5 min stop is taking me longer and 3 cars have already went past me from behind and I still dont have my meal. I asked if they gave it to the car infront of me, and she said no, they forgot to make it.... how does that make sense?!? Now 2 more cars have gotten their food and im still sitting here waiting. Finally got it, and was offered a free cookie. Smfh. Wow. Just wow. Ordered at 10:05, got my meal at 10:19.

Update: still gave me the wrong thing! Smh went back took all the food back to get a refund. I try to stay kind bc I am also in the service industry but this.. was upsetting. Now I'm late to work and...
