This is the third time this business has opened, having previously closed due to lack of customers, which comes as no surprise to me.

First off as soon as you walk in the first thing you notice is how surprisingly unorganized the back counter is especially for a card shop. There are cards littering the floor, and though they offer food I have never once eaten there due to the unclean vibe the place gives off.

Second, the customer service is basically none existent. You walk in and are not even noticed, the one person who was working there when I went was too busy on his laptop to even tell me hello. After standing at the counter looking over the cards you can see in the glass case for about 5 minutes, and feeling HIGHLY uncomfortable from the very inappropriate conversation being held by two boys at a table behind me, I was finally noticed.

I had come in with every intention of selling some cards to the shop for store credit, as I had before. When asking about the person who handles buying Yu gi oh cards I was told that today is his day Off and that not only would he not be back until Friday but I now need an appointment to sell my cards. After voicing my concerns about my service on their Facebook page, the manager himself replied to me.

After one of the most jaw dropping displays of imature unprofessional responses I have ever seen, I still did not have an appointment.
